Both front desk personnel were outstanding, very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous… We had forgotten our watch when we departed… When we returned, as we were only staying one night… The morning Front Desk lady was more than happy to help… We went to our room and found our watch… Thank you

The breakfast was good loved the pancake and waffle choice and hot breakfast was also good, location was not in the middle of things but was close to get to.

The TV channel options were not great, I feel the TV was a little small for the room. I would have preferred 2 separate switches for the light and fan in bathroom to avoid noise in the middle of the night but over all everything was fine

The staff is friendly and very helpful, the interior is clean, the room is also clean and comfortable, the bed is comfortable and the hot water is awesome. Did I mention the staff is friendly and very helpful, well actually they are AWESOME!! The breakfast is great, and coffee is hot and fresh.

For "cold" breakfast choices, would like more non-sugar items. Maybe replace yogurt for greek yogurt with low sugar. Two fruit choices would be nice.

It was false advertising since there is no pool but your ad says there was an indoor pool. That was the whole reason we booked at your hotel. When we asked about it, the front desk flippantly said oh we took that out 10 years ago. Why not update your listing!

This Comfort Inn & Suites has a clean exterior and interior!! The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was great!!!

I didn't dislike anything about my stay or the Comfort Inn & Suites.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Even with it being busy there was plenty of parking. They also brought us a crib for my baby which was a lifesaver.

Room was a little small but not bad.

Location for transit travelers is very convenient. The Hotel is near highway and close to the restaurants and gas stations. The room is very clean, comfortable beds, microwave and refrigerator. Very good hot breakfast is a plus. Happy with our stay.

the price could be lower

Great location because it put you close to your getting on the highway easy. Also had several places that were decent to eat around the hotel.

Front desk workers were amazing, breakfast was good, actually seasoned food! Whole building really clean. Will definitely be back when I’m in town again
