We liked the location. It was within walking distance to the venue we were going to. The staff was extremely attentive, and when I had questions about billing or parking, I was given answers that were clear. Booking.com says all fees, but if you use the super clean parking garage, you will be charged $25. The room had a great view of the downtown area, and was very clean. There was a pair of earplugs provided for the room and a noise machine. The property knows downtown is going to be loud and has taken steps to mitigate that. I’m so happy those were in the room.

The view that came with the room also meant there would be sunlight sneaking underneath the light blocking curtains. I’ll probably do a better job at trying to completely block the sunlight. The noise levels on the street side are LOUD. If you’re a super light sleeper even with ear plugs and a noise machine (both provided by the hotel) this isn’t for you on a weekend. Unless you bring your own super loud fan.

The staff was extremely friendly and so kind to me. The front desk lady who checked me in went out of her way to make me feel special; even though I was traveling alone; when she saw it was my birthday. I was very touched by how incredibly kind she was to me and I greatly appreciated all the recommendations she made about spots to visit and places to go. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful.

I really had the best stay. A lot of people complain about the noise, and there is a lot of road noise but a white noise machine and ear plugs are provided. Also, you'd be hard pressed to find a place in that location without the street noise. You could not find a friendlier hotel; better staff; and more comfortable stay.

The location was phenomenal! Most of the staff were very friendly. Everything was clean and comfortable. The on-site parking was a huge plus.

I could not get the WiFi to work. Also, the cost was quite high, but the hotel was the perfect place to be near the venue we attended. The only facility that would really make this hotel stand out even more would be the addition of a hot tub.

The location was perfect for our trip. The front staff was wonderful.

I didn’t like how the checkout time is 12p and house keeping used a key and tried to open the door to my room at 9am. They would have walked in the room had it not been for the guard at the top of the door. When we left the cart was in the middle of the hall so you couldn’t even get by.

The location was great. Walking distance to everything including the waterfront. The fitness room was great and open 24 hours. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room faced Main Street and the traffic was loud. On Saturday night there were motorcycles going back and forth until very late. Courtyard might consider better sound proofing. Also there should be complimentary coffee in the morning.

I had the tater tot bowl, which was absolutely delicious! The menu is a bit confusing though, as it indicates the option to add eggs, which I did not due to an egg allergy. When the bowl was brought to me with egg on it, I mentioned my egg allergy and the order was made again for me. The service and attitude received from the staff on Tuesday morning (10/24/23) was impeccable!

My only complaint is that the thermostat in my room (521) was set to 66 and the temp in the room stayed between 70 and 72, so it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep in.

Location was great. We were here for a convention and the center was just around the corner. We were able to park our van and walk pretty much anywhere we needed to go. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. Our room was a suite and was plenty big for the 5 of us to not feel on top of each other.

The noise from outside. This isn’t really a fault of the hotel but we were in a corner room that was at the intersection of the main non toll bridge onto downtown. They do supply complementary ear plugs for light sleepers though. Also I felt the $20 a day parking was a bit excessive when I was already paying $900 for a 4 day stay. This is probably a norm in the industry that we are not used to as we generally don’t stay in downtown areas when traveling but it just seemed a bit much to pay $80 for parking after already paying for the room.

The room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room had an nice view and was quiet.

The Courtyard entrance was located on a busy street. There were several entrances in that small area and it was difficult to see where to turn in. we had to drive around the block several times. Another couple had the same experience. There is a painted sign above the entrance but it is very faded and I didn’t actually see it until the next day, there was a sign on the ground but but it was obscured by three trash cans. If maintenance would just repaint the sign with a bright color the problem could be eliminated.

I paid online and the staff made me feel awkward at check-in and checked with the manager in a bad tone, Did not like how they handled the situation, not the first time this has happened at a courtyard

Staff was super friendly! Location is easy to find along with so many shops to walk to near the hotel. The bar also serves food. We had the blt and hot wings both was fantastic. The cook was so nice to come meet us at the table and make sure everything was perfect.

everything was good
