Breakfast was good. We used the hotel as overflow for a family event (we live less than two miles from the property). It was very convenient which is why we chose this hotel.

The cost was rather high for a two night stay. The room I reserved said it could hold four but it was just a regular king- not room for four. The front desk was able to change us to a double queen which was helpful. Had to air out the new room.

Breakfast was good, not outstanding. The hot food was not really hot, more lukewarm, but we were there early, things may not have come up to final temperature yet. The food was good, just not near hot enough at the time it was served. But the selection of breakfast items was very nice, and it was enjoyable.

Great location just outside of Louisville. Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Nice sized rooms. Good places to eat and drink in the area. Would stay here again!

Room could have used an additional chair or couch to sit on. Only had a desk chair, so could really just sit in bed.

The location was perfect from the highway. The area is a fairly new area so there is plenty of restaurants close by. It's only 10 min from downtown Louisville so great if your going to KFC yum center as we did.

They were short staffed so after a certain time you couldn't call down for extras you would have to come down to the front desk. The continental breakfast could've been better more fresh fruit and convenient snacks for those who have to go such as breakfast bars etc.

Breakfast Staff was wonderful - friendly greetings. Egg bites or minerature quiches very, very good. Continue those. My spouse gained weight from breakfast. Spacious dining room great

Our room 215 looked at top of curved roof over entrance - crappy view of dirty roof . Window shade needs to open top down to eliminate most of crappy view. White PVC pipe in corner of living room was ugly and looked like insect or some mess. Maintenance did explain what it was. We suggest paint it gray so not to be noticed

Breakfast was very good, coffee was excellent. Room very comfortable

Two little things: Room 102, the bathroom door hinges squeaked awfully. Woke my wife up twice in the night. A little WD40 goes a long way. Also, my room was across the hall from the employees lounge and I could smell the cigarette smoke from my room. Better ventilation or a filter in the employee lounge.

Breakfast was good and the location was excellent

More than one chair in the room would have been great. We’re seniors and one of us had to sit on the bed to watch TV. That was very uncomfortable.

Clean, relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was fresh and well supplied.

Morning Front desk staff was not very friendly. Never did smile. Did her job, and that was it. But rest of staff was pleasant.

Very clean and cozy.. beds were nice and soft. The shower was big, and the water pressure was great. The free breakfast was yummy.

The pool was closed, and it was almost 90 degrees.

It was clean and close to highway and restaurants.

There appeared to be jumping above our 1st floor room as we slept and continued into the morning. Unclear if staff was moving boxes or kids playing.
