I felt very safe and secure. The hotel always had staff available. The breakfast was good with a good variety of everything. The rooms were wonderful. It was quiet and very clean. The staff were excellent and so friendly. They helped us in any way we needed and made us feel very welcome. The sheets, blankets, and towels felt and smelled so clean. We really had a wonderful experience. The housekeepers are excellent.

I really felt like a valued tenant. I can't think of anything I did not like.

Room was nice and spacious and the beds were above average for a lower-price point hotel. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was typical, but decent. Location of hotel is right off of I-65 just north of Louisville, but not as expensive as the exit just south of this one.

Location was tucked away, and seemed a little seedy. But we had no issues and had a peaceful night sleep. Also, the breakfast room wasn't accommodating for people with mobility limits... ie) not enough space in the room for wheelchairs due to all the tables/chairs. This would be easily fixable, by placing the tables/chairs in a different configuration and maybe get rid of a couple sets. I just noticed this when a lady and her young daughter came into the breakfast area. Her young daughter (probably like 7 years old or so) had to do all the work for her guardian that morning. But overall it was a wonderful night's stay and I highly recommend the hotel.

Impeccably clean, the carpet the floors the tables, even behind and under the chairs perfect! I am traveling with 3 young children and they loose stuff in weird places. So even the undersides of the club chair was clean. The breakfast was very good and the server made sure that the tables were cleaned as you got up. The kids could be loud and excited and no one made us feel uncomfortable. Great stay, clean pool Just perfect for a 2 day layover

The property was clean, quiet & comfortable. We liked the pool area, though the chlorine seemed high and started to bother all of our eyes after a bit and we had to cut our visit short. A bummer for our kiddo. Overall, the location was good, right off the highway and right next to a Cracker Barrel for dinner. It was a good location as well for anyone traveling to Louisville, but not wanting to stay in the city. We went to the Louisville Slugger Factory the next morning and had a short, quick drive.

While the location was convenient there was an apartment complex on one side that seemed a little questionable. We, however, had no problems and I don't know that it would deter me enough to keep me from staying again. The employee checking us in could've also been more attentive and welcoming. After check-in & settlign into our room we went to ask a simple question and found him sitting on the couch in the lobby, chillin' and browsing on his phone, and he seemed pained to be interrupted to answer.

The rooms were updated and very clean. The linens were nice. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. It was also nice to have breakfast included with the price of the room. Close to resturaunts and I-65. Overall, good two-night stay.

Beds are personal preference, with that said, we thought the mattress was too firm for our liking. We wished the pool had extended hours and the water in the pool and spa was a little cloudy. Our room was a little noisy. There was a dog barking down the hall and we could hear the people above us.

Tyson at front desk was very nice and made check in a breeze. Very kind and helpful.

I need a bath tub which room 220 had but no plug to fill tub so I had to use a lid I had. Maybe y'all should provide plugs for people who like to do Epson salt baths. The person above me was stomping around all night. So I had to pound on ceiling.

I like the location and the friendly staff. The room was nice and clean.

The air conditioner didn't cool the room like I expected. I had to keep the fan on the unit running instead of auto to get air conditioner to put out a little cool air. Please tell them to check air conditioner in room 217.

-We thought the bed mattresses and bedding were very comfortable -The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful -The lady that was working the breakfast area was very hard working -Good continental breakfast

The only thing was that there was somebody else's hair in the tub and on the floor around the toilet.

We had an accessible room and the space was good and the bathroom large with a walk in shower. Pet friendly and if there were other pets there we never heard them.

The beds seemed really high. They were comfortable and perhaps there is something I don’t understand about a mobility impaired person. But as a slightly impaired person I had difficulty getting up onto the bed

Nice, clean place! The pool was nice and cool and clean and not over run! The staff didn't bother us with looks or attitudes that I seem to have grown accustomed to in hotels these days. I will come here every chance I get!
