Everything! This was our 3rd time staying on our way back from children’s hospital in Boston. This time we arrived during a big snow storm the man working front desk told me to stay parked by the door until I got the kiddo and everything in, nothing was open for dinner the restaurant was suppose to close in 10 mins he asked if they could take my order before closing since we couldn’t eat yet. This place goes above and makes sure you are taken care of!

The weather was really cold and I was happy I didn’t have to go out for a meal. I was able to go downstairs to the restaurant and order food. The food was great, staff was so nice.

There is an incidental fee of $50/night that I was not made aware of until I checked in. So it was my room price plus an extra $150. I understand the reason for the fee, I just like to know exactly what I have to pay when I booked the room, no surprises.

This was the best stay I have ever had at Hilton. I always stay at Hilton Garden Inn where ever I go, and the Hilton in Jeffersonville Indiana was the very best. Two other guests that I took were equally impressed . We plan to go there again.

I don’t like dealing with booking.com billing was a little confusing for my guests that were also planning to pay for their rooms. The entire bill came to me and they needed to reimburse me. Was no real problem, maybe a miscommunication.

We had dinner there, and everything was great tasting,the entire meal,definitely will be back and the wonderful service from our waitress, I haven’t seen this great service in a long time,I’m glad chose to come there

The checkin staff was excellent. She helped us get the room we needed and get checked in even though we were a little early. The restaurant staff were terrific. The food could be a little better. The room was clean and comfortable.

Well the menu could use some fruit and vegetables at breakfast.

I love the gym and the restaurant for breakfast. The room was clean an organized. I like how the shower had built in shampoo, conditioner, soap. love the electronic Curtains in the room. Free coffee was nice even though I didn’t use it. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The room didn’t have a safe for my weapon, the shower needed some gripping to the tub, it was to spacious for one person, I felt like I was in a warehouse that it made me stir crazy. I know it’s a hotel but the person above walked loudly, I heard every step. I couldn’t find the do not disturb sign.

The room was spacious and clean. There was plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion provided in big bottles rather than the little travel size. We did not go to the onsite restaurant but could smell the food when we were walking to the car and it smelled great. The staff at the front desk were all friendly and welcoming. There is a little convenience store by the front desk with drinks and snacks. It was a great stay and we would definitely use this hotel again.

We didn't have any issues during our stay.

I was clearly charged for my breakfast and when I order the room it said it was in with it so I don't understand why I got charged for it separately

You couldn’t have asked for a better staff than what this hotel provides. Every single staff member was extremely kind and very helpful. The restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing. Again, the customer service was top notch. We had a large party and they accommodated us without hesitation. The waitresses went above and beyond. We couldn’t have been more appreciative.

There wasn’t a pool at the property nor any safes in the room to lock up any valuables. Also, the bathroom would get very hot after showering and it took forever to cool down. It made trying to get ready a little uncomfortable due to the heat in there.

Beds were clean. Room thermostat was easy to use. Room was comfortable enough.

Trash had not been emptied from the previous guest. The shower only has one sliding door which we found a bit weird, but puttting a towel down kept the floor from being wet.
