Great location for work, and extremely fair rate. Also, we checked in just after 10, the bar had closed and we were wanting a couple bottles of water. One of the staff went to 3 or 4 locations in the hotel looking, offered to run to a drug store nearby to get the for my wife and I also. I told him I'd not let him do that. So he asked us to wait a couple minutes, apparently he went and was able to find keys to get into the closed lounge...... and then came out to give us a couple waters for the night. The effort he gave us was first class and we will stay here again. Thanks sir, and much appreciated.

The key never worked on the back door so I already had to walk around it worked on the room door I didn't like that the door don't automatically lock and somebody open my door and when they realize we was in there they took off running before I can get to the door last time we stayed there I complained to the front desk that I saw a woman walking around checking door a year later I see the problem never got fixed and also they need to have more lighting around the hotel to me with the doors not closing and not enough lighting that can be a safety hazard for customers

I liked that there was a bar/restaurant in the hotel and didn't have to leave if you didn't want to. The pool was awesome, and I liked the big picture windows it had. I loved that it was by a lake, and you could walk outside and see how pretty it was. The front desk people were really nice and very helpful.

I didn't like that you are stuck outside if you go to the lake. The door locks behind you and there should be a way to swipe your key card to get back in, without relying on other people or walking all the way around the building. Also, I didn't like that we had the cleaning crew come into our room 3 different times BEFORE checkout. It was ridiculous.

For the money you couldn't ask for more. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It has many different wings and the Downside was that the elevator in out wing was quick to get us to the 3rd floor was but you couldn't call the elevator TO the 3rd floor to go down in it. It didn't bother us as we just used the stairs but for some I could see a problem. The pool area was cold so did not try the indoor pool. We did order food in the restaurant the first night there and it was ok. Great in and out of parking lot and to hit the interstate. Would stay here again.

The hotel was very clean all the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Front desk was awesome.... The only complaint I have is if you say you have two adults two teenagers and a five year don't offer full sizes beds and breakfast should be free considering there is already a bar and restaurant that operates at night ..... But location cleanliness pool access and every one was friendly I'd give a overall a 9 only because I felt breakfast should be free instead of coming down for breakfast and being told it was 12.95 a person.... That's my only complaint other than the space for my family..... Or maybe I just need to read the fine print.... But I'd return for sure ... Under different circumstances

Everything. It's amazing. The pool tables, The restaurant, the bar, the food, the pool, the rooms and the excellent quality and staff. By far the best place to stay in Southern Indiana

Sometimes the staff gets scared when it's raining outside and they shut the pool down but when I called corporate they said it should only be shut down during a lightning storm. We stay here a lot and the pool being closed a few times is my only negative concern about the hotel. Other than that it's the best place to stay.

I had made a reservation for 2 nights. Whenever I got to the front desk to check in, my card had declined. I checked my account, and realized that it had been hacked, and I did not have enough then for 2 nights. They were so nice to me, and accommodated me with one night and did not charge me for 2 nights. They were very compassionate, even though they were very busy. I do plan to come back, as this has been the best place to stay whenever visiting my boyfriend. I have not had a chance yet to check out the pools, but I really like the layout of the hotel. It does have a salon and barber shop as well. That would be convenient should someone need services like this while staying here.

The bathrooms could use a little updating. As I was drying my hair using the provided hairdryer, the plug kept coming away from the wall. I had to hold it in place as I was using the hairdryer.

Did not eat at restaurant. Thank God my room was clean. Bathroom could use a little remodeling but I realize the whole hotel is being revamped so hopefully they will get to that. I really appreciated my stay. I was in dire need of peace and quite and that's just want I got. I hope and pray cost of the rooms do no go up due to the remodel.

The TV stations sucked. Lol. Need to change that to include YouTube. No microwave in rooms.

Clean, quiet, easy to find, desk personnel was super nice and courteous. Assigned us a room on ground floor and close to one of the entrance/exit at our request. Bar was clean and bartender was polite. The pool looked inviting, so on our next stay we will try the pool. Room rate was reasonable. Conveniently located close to University of Louisville doctors office which was the reason I came to the hotel for the night so I didn’t have to drive long distance the morning of my appt.

The back side of the hotel needs more lighting in the parking lot.

The deck was very nice and the room itself was very pretty. Good location if you're looking to visit Louisville on a budget.

There were roaches in our room and there was a section that looked as if it hadn't been dusted since the room was furnished. There was also a man pacing back and forth through the hallways who looked drugged out of his mind and up to no good. Walked past him once and smiled but he gave a look of pure hatred/ malice. It made me very uncomfortable. The building security has picked on my boyfriend every time we've been there but doesn't have the time to kick out actual potentially dangerous people.
