All the staff was kind and friendly and the late night clerk was especially efficient., I requested a room change and it was done immediately.The manager was present and helpful with that. Breakfast was 5 stars with a great variety of hot and cold dishes and the breakfast area atmosphere was cozy and open to stay and talk afterwards The pool was a bit chilly but the jacuzzi was hot and conducive to relaxing and the weight room looked well stocked.

The only down side was the furniture and carpets -- a bit worn and dated and dark, and the AC and ventilation systems were too noisy for me so sleep was hard,which was why I changed rooms. The secind room was somewhat better and ear plugs helped.

We loved the breakfast, plenty of hot options, plus yogurt, bagels, condiments etc. Staff was very friendly and professional. It was super clean (and smelled so good always)! The location was awesome, you could walk to brunch, you could walk to Jimmy John's. We were actually in town during Thanksgiving and they had a small business sale running, so I walked (but might be too far for some to comfortably walk) to the boutiques and really loved the convenience of that. We got extra pillows quickly when we asked and the front desk was always very helpful when I sent for DoorDash. My kids loved the pool and I loved that there was a hot tub, although it was so worn it looked dirty at first. I really appreciated that they let their staff have Thanksgiving off.

I did feel like the room was a liiittttle on the cramped side, the bed was very close to the dresser in the bedroom, and when we used the pullout couch in the living room we had essentially no room left. However, there were 4 of us there for 4 nights. If we had only stayed for 1 or 2 nights it probably wouldn't have really bothered us. Also, we were charged $200 upon check in for incidentals, I think $50 nightly (we got it back). That's on top of the $21 daily parking fee. It's to be expected when booking a hotel like this one, but I didn't know it would be that high and it'd be nice to have that info up front when I'd already paid for the room itself.

We went to the Savanah Banana game and hotel was perfect location to walk to game. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel was clean and quiet with a strick no party policy between 10pm-7am. Bed was very comfortable. There were several children staying at hotel but everyone was respectful and when a boy started running down the hallway, staff member politely but firmly asked him to walk. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with large selection of hot and cold items. Also was nice to have attached parking garage so no hassle with parking. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I would have liked the shower to be a bit hotter… but I like hot showers

Very friendly,helpful staff, varied breakfast and good coffee. Nice gym, pool and jacuzzi area. I left some earrings and they called me to go get them.😁 Room ventilation and freeway noise was the downside of this place so I didn't sleep well although they kindly changed my room. The downtown area in general is quite delapidated and there are lots of homeless men roaming around. The hyped Nulu area nearby was a letdown, not worth the visit there.

The hotel is located in a great area. We took Uber and lifts wherever we wanted to go for under $10 a ride. It's walking distance to pretty much anywhere in the city. The front desk staff are very friendly. The housekeeping staff didn't speak ANY English. I had to type my question on her phone she handed me, to be translated. Kids in the elevator had been at the pool. They seemed to have enjoyed it.

I didn't like that we pay for a two bedroom suite, there were four of us. And we only had two regular coffee pods and not enough bath towels. It took several attempts to get through to the front desk. The gentleman was very nice but said he was the only one on shift and there wasn't anyone that could bring it to the room. Therefore we had to go down to get it. Again, he gave us two pods. I found this frustrating. Also, I didn't like walking through clouds of cigarette smoke every morning going to the car. The smoking area is right outside the main and only entrance to the parking garage. Every morning there were people standing right at the door smoking. It was pretty gross. Maybe move the smoking away from the door.

Really liked the room had a sitting area w/ sofa and the large TV pivoted so it could be watched from couch and bed. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good (the waffles smelled and tasted great) but 2x we went (late one morning and early next) we had to wait for hot food to be refilled, but overall good variety. Felt safe walking to dinner and back in the area. I used the workout room and it was clean.

The hotel was relaxing and well run (although sometimes waiting for the elevators was a bit long!). I liked our room which allowed us to sleep in separate areas. It also had a small kitchen, so for those that like to cook up a bit or even eat comfortably it was good. The breakfast was surprisingly good and easy to manage. The wifi worked very well. It was quiet! There is a great shop across the street that has good quality shoes and also lots of hats and such.

The location was a bit further away from "downtown" than the name would suggest. So, that is a bit of a walk.

The down pillows. I am horribly allergic and was miserable because from the moment we stepped into the room my eyes got puffy, watery I was sneezing. We left for the game for back late and that is when we checked the pillows. By then it was already too late to stop what had already been done. So, I was a little miserable sleeping.

Room was spacious and clean, baby cot was provided with no additional fees. Decent breakfast.

Not really a gripe- but would have liked the baby cot to be setup in advanced, as we came from a long flight, setting up the cot took us some time and did require us to seek assistance from the front desk rep. Also, regarding food options during breakfast/in the hotel's marketplace- more fresh produce options would've been appreciated.

My son had surgery and was pleased with the room I rented for him and his family. They helped him out with the charges for parking which was awesome of them to do that for him. Funds are low when in that situation. I would like to say thank you for being so kind to my son and family.
