I loved the layout of the room. It was spacious and the bathrooms in the hotel were perfect!

The garbage trucks are loud and obnoxiously and I felt like they came at 3 am every morning.

Hotel is very stylish, has a great location and convenient pay parking. Laundry facilities are downstairs with a great-looking fitness area. They provide either valet parking or self parking, and you can use airport style luggage carts for loading/unloading. Although crowded with conference attendees and folks for at least one wedding, it was still very comfortable.

There was a breakfast pay area that I was never able to get to work with my credit card, which was very inconvenient on one conference day (I didn't eat anything until lunch). It would have been nice to have a microwave in my room to go along with the small refrigerator, because I ended up eating breakfast in my room daily. An electric teapot would have been nice (I brought one that I travel with).

We had a great three night stay while in Louisville. All the staff members we friendly and answered any questions we had. Jocelyn at the front desk was on duty most of our stay and she was amazing. Always greeted us with a smile. This location is just a 10 min drive to the airport, several places to dine within walking distance and just minutes from interstates going all directions. Request a west facing room to see the city lights at night. KFC center is within walking distance. Churchill Downs and the Expo arena are just 10 min away by car.

Not a big deal, but our refrigerator didn't work well, so we couldn't keep anything cold in the room. The parking garage directly across the street is an easy walk, but quite expensive as it is a city run facility, so no stay discounts.

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are very nice, with a large walk-in shower. The sink and mirror are in a separate room, which is very convenient when two people are getting ready. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is a nice bar and restaurant onsite. The location is perfect for Bourbon Trail travelers.

The only thing we didn’t like is that the lighting in the main part of the rooms is a little dim. Other than that, I can’t think of anything.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I liked the selection of DryBar toiletries provided. The room was spacious. Couldn’t hear any noise outside of our room.

The carpet was wet when we checked in. Staff was in our room trying to dry the carpet with a fan. Room wasn’t well stocked, however staff responded promptly bringing items we were missing. No complimentary breakfast was offered.

The staff was friendly and attentive. Our dog enjoyed hanging out a bit in the reception lounge watching all the activity...and free pets! The location on Whiskey Row is superb, and the bar patio was relaxing.

The bathroom door didn't slide fully shut. There was no nightlight or vent fan in the toilet/bathroom area.

Well appointed room, quiet, delicious coffee ( not bitter) from the in room coffee maker!! Great shower and bath area, I highly recommend this hotel and location! Great and safe parking too! Very walkable location including the convention center and close to great restaurants.

I like the location and the beds were very comfortable. It was clean hotel.

When we checking the gentleman working the front desk was not very outgoing at all. We check in Thursday evening and he could have been more helpful and could at least smile. He could act like it enjoy his job. I think the bar was very expensive for drink. We did not order any food. I am not sure we would stay there again.

Adorable hotel with a cute bar and little to go breakfast area as well. Walkable distance to a lot of what Louisville has to offer! Rooms were very clean, bed was super comfortable, and shower was huge with great water pressure.

We had to wait 3 hours to check into the room, which was a huge pain. However, we got a free breakfast coupon for each of us to make up for it and the staff were very nice about it.

comfortable bed, clean and ample bathroom, great location for the 4th of july celebration/fireworks, great bar/restaurant on the lobby. We didn't use the valet parking but it was available.

My only complain is that the shower head was not a efficient/green/watersaver as it should be. We feel that every time we used the shower we were using extreme amount of water totally unnecessary and multiply that for the size of the hotel and is a horrible waste of water. On the plus side, the toilet and the sink were good.
