We didn’t participate in the free breakfast because we always slept in too late. The room was perfect for anyone with a handicap or using a wheelchair. The isles were wide and the bathroom was large enough for a wheelchair. The rails in the tub/shower were very helpful as were the rails by the toilet. Clean fresh beds, stocked towels and excellent kitchen appliances and supplies. Almost like being at home.

Didn’t much like the rings you had to jump through to get the television on a channel. And the floors in the elevators always seemed to need cleaning. I realize that it’s hard to keep the elevator clean 24/7 because of the pool and working men with dirty shoes! Maybe it just needs to be policed more often.

worst breakfast ever. I was so disappointed in the breakfast. noticed a rancid taste and opened up my sandwich only to discover the sausage was green. was going to wait until actual checkout time to leave but the breakfast put such a horrible taste in our mouths we checked out immediately. just when I found a hotel that I liked the breakfast has me on the search for a good staycation spot once again.

The staff was friendly upon arrival and the hotel was new, clean and welcoming. Our room was HOT and there was a problem with the AC. We asked the front desk to see if they could fix it while we went to dinner and returned to a cool room. We were grateful we didn’t have to move rooms and it was resolved quickly. The beds and pillows were comfortable, could easily sleep a family of 5 comfortably. The breakfast was great and was just what we needed to finish our last leg of the trip.

Love this property and the location to Louisville. We’ve stayed here multiple times now and it’s very convenient.

We’ve stayed here several times and never had a problem, but we had an issue with the front desk worker and the manager this time. They were extremely rude. I’ve honestly never had an experience quite like this one. It will deter me from staying there again.

The staff was amazing. Breakfast was full of many options from waffles, breakfast sandwiches, fruit, yogurt and oatmeal. The room was so clean and comfortable. I loved the layout of king bed and pull out couch for 2 young children (both 10). Room was able to be separated by curtain as needed. We really enjoyed our stay and have already shared with family members who we know will take advantage of this hotel in the near future. Loved the soaps and hair products in the bathroom! This would be a great option for a quick 1 night stay or even a longer stay that keeps you away from home. The room had everything, a fullsize fridge, dishwasher, sink, microwave and coffee pot. Looking forward to staying at a home2 suites again soon! Super impressed and I can't say enough positive about this place! Thank you!!!

Outstanding A+! Everything about this hotel is outstanding, including the staff, location close to everything, including interstate.

Breakfast was ok, however, for the cost of the rooms during special events (Derby), it would be good to have a Chef preparing fresh and quality food. So maybe in the near future the company should consider bringing in a Chef since the breakfast is included in the cost. The waffles and the fruit were good, will add how the breakfast was neatly displayed.

Clean and dog friendly! Location was great being close to Highway.

No indoor pool and outdoor pool too small. Breakfast was ok but not worth the amount we paid to stay there. Pricey!

This place was absolutely perfect. Extremely clean and nice area. We enjoyed our stay.

I did not appreciate a $75 fee for a pet. I can see if your pet leaves a mess or destroys something but I doubt anyone would know my dog was there.

The cleaning staff was actually cleaning. I smelled cleaning products i saw them scrubbing floors, vacuuming, etc and it smelled fresh and clean when we walked in.

The beds weren’t very comfortable, but overall a great stay.

Breakfast was very good, and a variety of items were available. Our room was very clean. We enjoyed the large-screen TV, and the bed and sheets were incredibly comfortable.
