I called for a shuttle ride very late or it might have been early the next day and the driver/desk clerk came right over! The breakfast the next morning was amazing. The worker was pleasant and efficient and put on a great spread. I made sure to let her know what a great job she did. The bed was ultra comfortable and I slept very well. Your hotel was a great choice and one I will make again when I am in Louisville.

The pool was closed but not sure I would have had time to use it. I am not a big fan of air conditioning, it was on when I opened the door I immediately noticed a wet, musty smell. I think it was in the carpeting most likely from the air conditioner. Perhaps if there had been no carpeting or some sort of dehumidification system it might not have felt so wet. Also, the air conditioner was a little loud

Price was great. I needed to fly in and I arrived one evening and flew out the next day. I picked because it was near the airport and you had a shuttle to the airport. The breakfast was a bonus. I was expecting some dried rolls and coffee but I was delighted with the variety of hot and cold items that you offered for breakfast. The shuttle back to the airport, even though a short ride, the driver was with an extremely pleasant man from India. You are lucky to have such a great employee...

There was a big white patch in my room that was about a foot across. Room was very clean though.

Room next door had a toddler who was screaming and laughing loudly from about 9pm until after 1130pm and the parents didn't seem to attempt to make any effort to quite the child down.. after 11:30 i knocked on their door and told them "We are trying to sleep!" Took a couple of minutes and they got things quiet. I almost sure they were part of the hotel staff. We were 1st room down hall from the front desk so I think desk clerk should have made an effort to check on the noise as I was pretty loud

The location was good for where I was going. The room was clean and comfortable. Ease of parking and to I65.

Wrong size toilet seat and it was loose from floor. Door did not seal correctly. Open space around door frame. The breakfast was good but not much in the way of variety. No scrambled eggs, no white bread, no sausage patties or bacon.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was very clean and plentiful. The restroom area was very clean. The location of the place is literally around so many good places to eat.

The laundry room only accepts quarters, but there was no vending for quarters. The front desk could not give me change for quarters. So I had to go to the laundromat to get quarters to put in their machine.

The breakfast wasn’t very good compared to similar motels that we’ve been to. I came down around 9:00 am on Monday morning. There weren’t any biscuits - plenty of gravy. No sausages. Limited food items.

Breakfast - otherwise a very pleasant experience.

I stayed one night due to an early morning flight. The gentleman at the front desk drove me to the airport at 4:00 AM since the shuttle bus does not run until 6:00 AM saving me an additional UBER fee! I cannot comment on breakfast or other amenities but the room was nice, clean and comfortable.

The price. The staff was very friendly throughout my stay. I arrived 3 hours early and stopped in just to see if I could check in and they did set me up with my room early. Looks like they did some room remodeling which was nice. My room didn't smell bad neither did the lobby. I will stay there again.

Only 1 restaurant close by. The television and internet service went out and was out for hours. Not sure how long it was out. It was finally restored. The coffee was always cold so it had to be warmed up in the microwave. Their free breakfast wasn't much. Muffins, toast and jams, hard boiled eggs, some fruit. They did one morning have biscuits and gravy but was cold. They need to do a better job of this and hopefully expand the menu to include scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes and cereal.

The staff was great, breakfast was very good. Great location. The room was clean. They provided toiletries and enough towels

The door knob was broken on the bathroom door (loose but still functional) the pool was not open, but also not advertised as open.

Room was very clean, the front desk clerk in the morning was a young lady and very polite. The first room I had been given the ac unit was not working, I was assigned another room promptly. House keeping does an amazing job. The room was spotless.
