the remodel is great, great atmosphere. The new restaurant is upscale but its a good choice for families. Most kids wont like these flavor pallets, Sometimes simple is better or at least give that option.

I have stayed there (Louisville Location)numerous times. Both with my kids and with out, the pantry has numerous options but to me lacks a staple item. MILK, there is NO milk option and traveling with kids its an inconvenience. So I went and asked the restaurant for 4 glasses of milk. It was $20 including a average Standard tip, Come on guys just a basic 2% pint or quart of milk. Thanks

The layout and space of the room was wonderful and the six of us fit comfortably. After technical difficulties in our first room, we were even moved to an even more beautiful and spacious suite. The staff were very friendly and helpful during all parts of the stay. If we are in the area and in need of a hotel, we will absolutely be returning here.

There was an issue with the plumbing of our room and we had to be moved, which was to another beautiful room, but it was inconvenient because it was already 11:30 when we settled into room #1. Also, the cleanliness of the bathroom was underwhelming because there was a bandaid on the floor behind the bathroom door.

Crowne doesn’t disappoint. It’s very very clean, the rooms are nice and spacious, and the fridge is a plus. The staff is very professional and pleasant. The hotel overall is very nice. Bummed their pool wasn’t open. I love that they have an airport shuttle also. You could order a ride, but the shuttle was so easy, complimentary, and convenient!!!! The gentleman who took me to the airport was so kind. I also really well and loved watching the plans take off.

Disappointed in checkin and direction. Front desk sent me to parking lot 3… by the time I found the appropriate elevator…I had to pass the parking lot 2 entrance. Fortunately, a manager saw I was lost trying to find the elevator. He started to give me directions but stopped and said… “Let me take you there”! Excellent service by him. Secondly, I am an IHG Member yet no one asked if I was… I have points from a week stay at you facility in Bratislava, Slovakia

Accomidations were adequate and so was the food.

I was not impressed with how understaffed they were for checkout in the morning hours. I was not given my meal tickets for the morning and was treated separately/ shamefully the first day at the restaurant for having my meal already paid for. The restaurant was even understaffed the night before. So highly dissapointed in this... also, I had a man trying not to wait his turn and I had to be a little rude to get my turn with the front desk due to only one lady working and that is hard on anyone with the volume of guests you have coming through. I do not know if we will be back!

Great location for access to Highland Festival Grounds. Nicely updated rooms with great amenities. Very quiet even though it's close the airport.

Housekeeping knocked twice (and even entered once without knocking!) even though we hadn't checked out yet. That has never happened to me at a hotel, ever. It was so weird. But other than that, everything was fantastic!

Overall the stay at the property was good. Rooms were clean and spacious. We stayed there for my daughter’s competition. I loved that they provided shuttle service to and from the Convention center. The only drawback for us was the buffet service. For the price we paid the options were very limited.

They are about to start remodeling the rooms but even the older style is super pretty and well kept! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future!

The only thing I could possibly complain about is the out dated rooms (which to me were very timeless and felt very nice) but I know most people like the new modern look. Even with that they are starting their remodel and by the looks of their project plans it’s going to look amazing!

Athough they were slammed with an event, they allowed us to be seated in an area that was very inconvenient for them, so we could enjoy the sunset. (Blue Horse staff)

It was outdated, the stools in the lounge were old and you sank into the wood frames and were very uncomfortable. there was an ongoing video saying they were going to address that and upgrade, but you never know how long those things take .

Very fancy and pretty, they even fold the toilet paper! The staff was also very nice on check in and check out. The bed itself was also quite comfortable. Also had plenty of bed and room space to move around.

The bathrooms only have face soap and lotion, so if you plan on washing your hands, you might want to bring your own. Also, the blankets directly under the top ones are a little uncomfortable, as they have indentations in them and are quite hard.
