The room and bathroom were both clean and comfortable. Loved having a refrigerator in the room. Hot weekend so good to have it. Great proximity to music venue which was the purpose of the trip.

Just the price. Rates were higher because of the music festival. I get this, but makes it an expensive weekend with tickets.

The breakfast options were great and the staff working the morning shift were friendly and helpful.

One of our pillowcases was dirty. We belived it to be makeup. The only other issue was our toilet would not flush. However, the maintenance man showed up quickly and fixed the issue.

Locked out of room after concert. Took a hour before I could get un and was wore out and ready for bed. Leaky window at ac unit. No shampoo but they filled it up next morning.

The evening staff when we checked in were fabuluous! So cheerful and helpful! The breakfast was great and our room was very nice.

The pillows on the beds were feather pillows and offered no support for my head. Luckily I had brought my own pillow but I like to sleep on two pillows and the feather pillow did not give my neck the support it needed.

I recently stayed at the Tru by Hilton hotel, and it was great. The hotel is brand new, and its location within walking distance to the Kentucky Exposition Center made it the perfect choice for my trip. The staff at this hotel was incredibly helpful and accommodating, which made my stay even more enjoyable. One of the standout features of this hotel is the availability of a free van transfer service. This was a nice bonus that added to the convenience of my stay.

The breakfast could've been better. While it was not a major issue, it was the only area where the hotel fell short.

My room was supposed to be a king they put us in a handicap room I was to tired to complain , and housekeeping left a dirty towel in the bathroom , I clean our room over at every stay spray it down good , other than that it’s really a nice hotel

The hotel has a great vibe, the staff were welcoming, and the room was modern, functional, and clean. We only stayed one night but it would have been sufficient for multiple nights as well.

The hand soap and shower gel had not been refilled when we got into our room. We meant to call down and ask for them to be filled, but because we were only staying one night, the toiletries we brought were all that we needed. So all in all, not a strong negative.

The entire staff was very helpful and always very friendly, Grant went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The lobby was a great place to relax with the multiple seating options, pool table, and well stocked games. The breakfast area was great with options for everyone. The rooms were well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hand soap, and towels. The shuttle service to the expo center was such a bonus. We will certainly stay at the hotel in the future.

I like Tru Hotels. They are pretty consistent. Good clean rooms and facilities with a decent, basic breakfast and staff that are friendly and competent. This hotel has a great airport location with free parking and only a $15 Lyft or Uber ride to downtown or Nulu Marketplace.

All was fine.

We liked how it was very clean smelt very good all the time. The location right off the interstate was awesome and people there were very friendly. And it had a lot of family games.

It did not have a pool.
