Cleanliness of hotel, breakfast and coffee was a welcomed bonus, convenient ice machine and laundry on each floor was amazing.

Called for a shuttle from the airport and was left on hold for more than 10 minutes. I hung up and took an Uber. I needed quarters to do laundry. I asked and was rudely told "I only have 5 quarters in my drawer so I dint know what to tell you" I've worked in the hotel industry for more than 20 years (everything from the front desk, accounting to the corporate office) Most of the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and amenities were appreciated.

Breakfast was great, I personally thought it had a good selection. The lady that handled breakfast and clean up area for the breakfast area was always making sure tables were being wiped and that the food got replaced when it got low. Rooms were great, we asked for extra towels, and the housekeeping even took our trash for us as we seen them. Very nice. Fairfield has never disappointed any time I've stayed at one.

Last night there someone was placed above our room and they walked so hard it sounded like they were stomping. Other than that, it was quiet. Could hear planes since close to airport but honestly it was not bad, it's to be expected of being so close to the airport.

The staff was very friendly at both check in and check out. The hotel is in a great location for Kentucky Kingdom. I really liked the 24/7 coffee bar! Very clean and nice set up! Good size rooms! We booked 6 rooms (19) people and enjoyed our stay... except the beds.

My husband and I had a King Executive Suite and there was only 1 towel in the bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable! For $200 a night, I expect a comfortable bed. Every Marriott I've ever stayed in has had a great bed until now. I liked the breakfast, but my husband wanted biscuits and grave and some bacon. The hotel didn't have either. (Not a complaint, just a choice)

We do not eat breakfast. We did enjoy their excellent coffee, scones, borden milk, and juices. Their staff superior to any hotel/motel we have stayed in for several years. Fingerprint. The cleanliness, comfort, and privacy made our stay very enjoyable. Anytime we are in Louisville. We will stay at the same motel. We will highly recommend this lodging for our friends and family who visit Louisville on a regular basis.

Gregor at the front desk was just wonderful Welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area. Made great restaurant suggestions and overall his personality is top shelf Rooms were clean and location was very centrally located

I would have liked to see more yogurt options. It was mostly strawberry and raspberry which are artificially colored

Before arriving I tried to contact the property to make sure I can get two rooms together. The staff was not very helpful. Thankfully the day of arrival I called got a very helpful lady to make sure my family could be together. We then had to change rooms upon arrival due to room odor and was still able to have rooms together!

The proximity to Kentucky Kingdom.

All the outside doors by the pool are not accessible by your key card. If we went on the patio we had to walk all the way back to the front. They don’t give enough towels and washcloths for your stay and only give you one of each if you ask. Also pool towels! They have they but you have to ask.

For the price, their service can't be beaten. Great staff and accommodation. They allowed us to leave our luggage before checking in as we arrived very early; they also paid for our Uber to the airport because the shutter was not available when we were leaving. Rooms were very nice and clean, and we also enjoyed our included breakfast. Thank you!

The location was perfect for walking to the music festival we attended. The room was very spacious and clean. The only negatives would be that the breakfast was really limited and basic, and our room was not serviced regularly. I prefer not to have everything changed daily but restocking coffee, lotion, and emptying trash would have been nice. Staff was super nice!

The overall property was nice and clean. The room was large and spacious. My family and I were able to spread out in the room and relax. The location was very convenient to where we needed to be.

Breakfast ends at 9:30. My family and I got down to breakfast around 9:05 and the hotel was out of almost everything (waffles, bread, bagels, toast, oatmeal packets,etc). The juice machine weren’t working either. We really didn’t get breakfast. I understand that it was close to 9 but breakfast we, guests, have until 9:30.
