The position of the hotel was perfect for my needs. The staff was very friendly and the room was super spacious. There were enough restaurants and a supermarket nearby, all within walking distance

The shower tap was dripping and the ventilation of the bathroom wasn't working. I would have liked to open the windows to let some fresh air in, but due to the hotel location that was not possible.

Location was perfect for our specific needs but very only offer very basic accommodations

Staff was very friendly but rooms were basic and lacking in the quality you’d expect for 200$ a night lodging. Spend a few dollars more for a pool and nicer accommodations. I’d say this was a bare bones basic accommodation not worth the price paid per night. You could definitely go to a lot cheaper establishment for a fraction of the cost. In my opinion it’s way overpriced and not worth the money they’re asking

Hotel was very clean and the room was very nice. Very convenient to KY Kingdom. Staff was friendly and very attentive and made check in and out very quick. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast hours should be extended for people that get up later in the morning and the whole property is smoke free which isn't listed in the description when booking. It just states no smoking rooms which is understandable but for a hotel where many different types of people stay they should have a designated smoking area outside on the property

Clean rooms, nice beds, good breakfast!

There were several times when there was no one at the front desk. Room was freezing when we go there. The thermostat didnt work right because when we turned it on we set it at 69 degrees and it just kept getting hotter. We figured thats probably why it was turned off.

I did not get to participate in the breakfast. However, the place was clean, and I was very comfortable the first night.

I did not like the fact that I paid for a room and was unable to have company. I came to visit my mom, but I wanted a friend to come visit but since you're not allowed to have visitors, I did not use the hotel the 2nd night. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Very clean, close and convenient.

Stayed 2 days with 7 people.. rooms were not serviced & cleaned, we had 6 towels 3 wash rags to use for the 2 days. Understand could have gone down 3 floors to service desk to get more - but feel shouldn’t have to do so.

Very nice location to the airport. Easy to find. It was clean. The toilet didn't always flush unless you messed with it. Could use some updating but over all not bad for the price and we just slept a few hours there before our flight

Didn't have a plug for the bath tub to take a bath. And the toilet needed some help

We were greeted pleasantly, and room was very nice. Updated, clean, no problems.

The neighborhood was kind of sketchy. We arrived after dark and went looking for a restaurant. Ended up in a not so nice neighborhood and ended up getting McDonald’s and eating in our room. Didn’t realize there was a Cracker Barrel in the opposite direction.

Super close to Expo Center where we wanted to be. Staff was awesome.

Our TV in our room didn't work. I called front desk and they "fixed" it. We had to unplug our Direct TV receiver every time we turned it on and reboot system for it to work.

I love the location and how clean it was!

I wanted a place that included breakfast because we were there for an archery tournament and I didn’t want to struggle looking for breakfast, but the breakfast Super 8 provided was no what was advertised.
