The staff was very kind and helpful! I had lost my charger block and they borrowed me one for my stay. The people I came across in the hotel were friendly. Everything was clean, organized, and comfortable. There was also a pool, which I didn't take advantage of, but everyone I saw who used it was very happy.

The front desk clerk and manager were very helpful when I accidentally booked the wrong night. They made sure we had a room. The room is large and comfortable.

The hallways and breakfast area were very warm. The phone in the room didn’t work. Fortunately I had the number to the front office when I needed to contact them.

I liked the fact they have jacuzzis in the room, a pool, and free breakfast! I really liked the staff there most professional and polite I’ve met in a long time! John was great at the front desk. He immediately welcomed me even as stressed as I was. I was so upset that day I about forgot my car keys and a nice lady staying at the hotel asked if it was my car key and it was thankfully there were good people around me!

I was not happy that there was only 1 role of toilet paper in the room. but it ended up not being an issue only being there 1 night.

the location was close to the Louisville Slugger museum, which is why we stayed the night.

when we got there to check in, only at that time did they mention that the elevator and tv were broken. we were on the second level with 2 young kids so we had to haul more up than the average person. they asked if that was ok, and I felt like we didnt have much of a choice, as it was already 8 pm. It would have been nice to know at the time of booking when they usually confirm it incase we weren't ok with the out of service items. we only stayed 1 night so it worked while inconvienent.

I liked the free breakfast had sausage taste just like McDonald's sausage. And made a waffle which was delicious. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and smelled good.

The pool was not open and that was one of the main reasons we booked a hotel with a pool. We were not a fan of the bed it was ok but could feel the springs in the bed.

Clean swimming pool, security, helpful staff. but over all the location was great. I was able to travel 10 minutes to get to any destination.

It was nice and affordable. Room was clean and ac worked amazing. Great stay. The complimentary breakfast was great!!!

The stairs had a little bit of musty smell. Maybe old carpet. Besides that all else was amazing

The room was spacious w/ a nice fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable also, an overall good stay. The indoor pool looked nice too but April is a little too early for me for pool activities but it was indoors.

Location is kind of in a difficult spot to find if you don't know where you going so thank god for google maps gps service.

overall, it is an excellent experience.

for the first night, the next door was very loud. the breakfast can be improved in certain ways, for example, by putting a small trash can close to the coffee area.

Our stay was was very nice. Breakfast was very good as well. But if want OJ for breakfast ask that's all we didn't know. John at first desk was supper helpful and literally is the nicest motel clerk we have had.
