The location was good.It was close to alot of restaurants and near the hospital. The bed was comfortable and you couldn't hear much outside of your room from the hallway. Staff was friendly. Would recommend.

The incidental fee and parking fee could have been mentioned before booking. That's about the only complaint I have because some may not have the extra money to have held on their cards for a few extra days.I also chose this facility because I didn't think it was a parking fee.. We enjoyed our stay overall.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff was very nice. There is very little parking on site, but there is a garage around the corner at the YMCA that you can park in. They validate the parking for the YMCA and just charge you the $20 a nightso you don’t pay twice. One of the main fun spots in Louisville is fourth Street live and we were very close to that location, even if what you consider walking distance is very short like me. You can also walk to other things in downtown like the bourbon District, it’s a bit of a farther walk, but totally doable. But if you prefer not to walk that far, there are electric scooters everywhere.

The only downside is that the walls are kind of paper thin, not very soundproof. I have to use earplugs when I sleep because my husband snores anyway, but if it wasn’t for that, I think I would have had trouble falling asleep with the noise. It’s not necessarily noisy. You can just hear people chatting in the hallway.

Room was small (we had a king), bathroom was good size, restaurant was SLOW, bar is small but friendly, hotel staff are friendly, not very sound proof, parking sucks if you don't get a spot in their lot, a lot of sirens and helicopters. We were there 3 nights, pricing I thought was good. Easy access to I-65. Not far from the fourth street activities and Louisville Slugger Museum.

They were easy to get to and so friendly. Miss Wanda was very nice and we had a lovely conversation. Robert took great care of making sure your food was just right. Checking out, Jay was helpful, answered a few questions and just fun to talk to. I’d recommend checking out this hotel. I had to be close to the hospital and it was easy to walk to. Even though I had to come for a very sad reason, the staff was very supportive. My room was clean and perfect for my short stay. I’ve stayed in other hotels. Cost might have been a little higher than other hotels in the area. I was just happy I was within a quick walking distance from the hospital. Thank you!

I wish parking was a little less expensive. However, this is a city and it’s downtown.

The room was very clean and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I was able to order a food delivery to the hotel (doordash) late at night with no issues at all.

I wish there was a lobby area where you could sit and work outside of your hotel room. The area was pretty rough, but obviously the hotel can't control that. One of the glass panes to the resturant was shattered (assumed it was some kind of vandalism) so that made us a little uneasy, but once we were inside we felt safe. The front desk buzzes you in and then you can only enter with your hotel key.

Good location, spacious room, friendly staff

Shower was a little unclean but wasn’t a massive issue. We did put the sign on our door for housekeeping to come back later one day but they never did. Understand they won’t do housekeeping all day but it should be stated if they stop after a certain time.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent, close to all downtown attractions. The room and bathroom was clean, comfortable, and just wonderful. Great bed and linens, nice and quiet. We got a great night's sleep. It's a great value for a downtown hotel.

Paying extra for parking, but we expected this from other reviews. Luckily there was ample space just behind the building.

The stay was great but the handicapped parking was NOT handicapped friendly. The staff was lovely.

The handicapped parking was in the rear of the facility causing one to walk the entire perimeter of the building to reach the front desk. If you need a wheelchair or a walker, find other accommodations.

Comfortable, clean and had good facilities (decent gym, laundry and fresh cold water bubblers). Breakfast restaurant was also decent with lovely service.

Isn’t in the nicest location and not much nearby. You’ll want to stay inside especially at night but that’s probably standard for most hotels in downtown Louisville.

A nice clean modern hotel within walking distance of the core downtown area of Louisville which is also affordable. We only stayed the one night, but we have no complaints about our stay and we were able to get a late checkout which allowed us to explore a bit more of the downtown and distilleries before we had to leave.
