The ladies, in the morning, at the front desk were extremely helpful and nice. They went above and beyond to handle the situation the evening staff had created the night before.

The gentleman that greeted us swiftly walk away with no explanation when I gave my name at check in. A couple minutes later he returned with a young woman. I had reserved a king room for 2 nights and was told when I arrived that they didn't have a king room for me, only a double queen. Which they would put me in for "no upcharge"?!?! After expressing my deep displeasure, we accepted the room with the understanding that we would be moved the next day to the appropriate accommodations.

The hotel and staff were awesome. We have never stayed there before and they were so helpful in getting us to where we were going. The check in process was quick and easy and the parking was excellent. I can say we will be staying there again on our next visit to Louisville. We live 2 hours away from Louisville and came to see a live show that was just 3 blocks from the hotel. The location was close to everything we were doing during our stay. I just want to say this was a beautiful hotel and the restaurant on site was excellent as well. Thank you so much for a great experience and we look forward to staying there again.

I didn't have any dislikes about the hotel at all.

The location was perfect and the staff was very friendly.

I asked for an early check-in and was never contacted back about it and when I called, they said they did not know if they could do that. When I arrived they said it wasn't ready and they would text when it was. They still had not texted 20 min prior to the check-in time. When I inquired about it, they said it wasn't ready and then 10 min later I get a text.

For the price and location, it simply can’t be beat! There are a few other hotels in Louisville with nicer amenities, but they cost three times as much.

The Hyatt brand is great, but this facility is getting some age on it. As such, some of the amenities are lacking now. The bar and restaurant are OK but not special.

Clean, attractive, able to change room quickly when missing second bed.

We stayed at a Days Inn the night before at half the cost and they gave us breakfast and free parking. And although not as attractive, it was just as comfortable and we thought it was almost rude the way we had to become a member to get a bottle of water from your hotel.

The area was convenient and surrounded pretty much everything in walking distance.

The TV didn’t work during the entire stay and waited 4 hrs and never rcvd clean towels. Bathrooms are tiny. The air conditioner was extremely loud and it was hard to sleep and it even at 65 degrees, it never got cold in the room.

Location to downtown activities. Everything outside the room. Staff very polite and helpful. Elevators very fast and smooth riding.

Room was very small and tight. Could hardly get luggage cart in through door hallway. Bathroom very small/tight. Very undersized rooms for prices charged. Large black stains in carpet in room.

Close to many bars, restaurants and places to visit. Very clean

There was a conference starting the last night we were there and it was so loud. People were partying in rooms with door open and security didn’t do anything, even after letting front desk know at 12:30am.

The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the convenience of the hotel to the Kentucky Convention Center.

The service in the restaurant "Sway" was horrible. We were seated by the hostess and then 10 minutes later the waitress arrived and asked if we were ready to order, we had not been given a menu nor offered to take our drink order. Ahe then got us menus and gave each of us a glass of water, however never asked us if we wanted any other types of drinks. The restaurant was not busy, she was just incompetent The server who delivered our food waited on us more than our waitress and we were a party of 10, which they do not split checks either. The food itself was Delicious but the service ruined our dinner.

The staff was very friendly and helpful .The front lady even gave the kids some rubber duckies to play in the pool with.The room.came with full size bottles of shampoo ,conditioner and body wash which was a nice touch.The location was great as it was close to anything you would really ever need . My family would be happy to stay here again .
