The hotel and staff were awesome. We have never stayed there before and they were so helpful in getting us to where we were going. The check in process was quick and easy and the parking was excellent. I can say we will be staying there again on our next visit to Louisville. We live 2 hours away from Louisville and came to see a live show that was just 3 blocks from the hotel. The location was close to everything we were doing during our stay. I just want to say this was a beautiful hotel and the restaurant on site was excellent as well. Thank you so much for a great experience and we look forward to staying there again.

I didn't have any dislikes about the hotel at all.

For the price and location, it simply can’t be beat! There are a few other hotels in Louisville with nicer amenities, but they cost three times as much.

The Hyatt brand is great, but this facility is getting some age on it. As such, some of the amenities are lacking now. The bar and restaurant are OK but not special.

Location to downtown activities. Everything outside the room. Staff very polite and helpful. Elevators very fast and smooth riding.

Room was very small and tight. Could hardly get luggage cart in through door hallway. Bathroom very small/tight. Very undersized rooms for prices charged. Large black stains in carpet in room.

The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the convenience of the hotel to the Kentucky Convention Center.

The service in the restaurant "Sway" was horrible. We were seated by the hostess and then 10 minutes later the waitress arrived and asked if we were ready to order, we had not been given a menu nor offered to take our drink order. Ahe then got us menus and gave each of us a glass of water, however never asked us if we wanted any other types of drinks. The restaurant was not busy, she was just incompetent The server who delivered our food waited on us more than our waitress and we were a party of 10, which they do not split checks either. The food itself was Delicious but the service ruined our dinner.

We were there for KMEA Conference with my grandson. His mother and I stayed there. The most memorable for us was to be able to see and hear my grandson and other high school students sing the National Anthem two of the three nights they sang. It was an honor to be there to witness that after seeing so many videos and seeing your beautiful Hotel! So impressive! Your restaurant bar tender was beyond great! He said he’s leaving in three weeks. You need to keep him. Very accommodating to all his customers.

A shuttle bus to and from the Kentucky Performing Arts Center. We did a lot of walking in the cold. More for the students that had to walk there and couldn’t take jackets. That’s not the hotels rules, their instructors/teachers? It would make it easier on the kids who are performing !

The location was perfect for us. Beds were comfortable and showers had excellent water pressure. The city view from our room was beautiful. Staff were very kind and professional.

I wish breakfast had been included in the room price. It was an expensive extra charge at the restaurant considering what was served was the exact same basic items as any hotel continental breakfast. Several elevators were out of service so there were extended waits at times.

The staff was very friendly and helpful .The front lady even gave the kids some rubber duckies to play in the pool with.The room.came with full size bottles of shampoo ,conditioner and body wash which was a nice touch.The location was great as it was close to anything you would really ever need . My family would be happy to stay here again .

When we checked in, they didn’t explain using room key in elevator to access your floor. After riding up and down with other guests just checking in, a guest got on from an upper floor and explained. Then later we got on elevator and had to explain to several guests on the elevator. They have card reader in elevator and you have to scan card to select floor.

The location was fantastic and the outdoor seating was great! Parking was easy and the valet service was exceptional.

Our room smelled like marijuana every night. It was awful. When we called the front desk, the gentleman was extremely rude and the security guard they sent upstairs reaked of pot as well. Nothing was done and there was no offer to move our room. We were traveling with little kids so it was frustrating

It was a nice room. I liked that there was a safe and refrigerator. The beds were comfortable, we loved the big tv, sitting areas, and my son loved the elevators. I smoke so I go out late at night to smoke. There were security that walked around and hung outside for a little bit. It made me feel safer having them around.

The carpet was pretty stained. We paid extra for a room with a view. But it was kind of a crappy view, wish we had saved that little extra money. When we eat out on vacation I never eat all my food. So I bring it back to eat later. But there was no microwave to warm up my left overs.
