We came in very late and the person at the desk was alert and helped getting our rooms. We needed to change a king size bed to a room with 2 queens and she did not hesitate to help us out. Our room as well as the entire hotel was very clean and inviting. Breakfast was great.

AT breakfast, they ran out of the cinnamon rolls due to delivery issues. I missed those cinnamon rolls.

The only disappointment was the breakfast supplies and breakfast room staff. The breakfast was very good - when it was available. We stayed two nights and there was no juice either morning, no milk one morning, the attendant was opening single serve cereals and dumping them into a bulk dispenser (seems expensive and wasteful for your hotel), and the cinnamon roles (that we really looked forward to) were burnt, dry and crispy on the outside. Don't know whether they were freezer burned or cooked wrong. Also, the roles were not refilled with over an hour left for breakfast one morning. Over all, a minor annoyance, but this took some of the luster off of our visit.

The staff was friendly it was in a good location to what we wanted to do in about 5 minutes from Louisville zoo and free breakfast was wonderful

Bathroom vents were kind of dusty didn't look like they'd been touched in quite a while so I made an attempt to clean it for next person. otherwise everything was nice

Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean Breakfast was okay. Bacon was almost gone, just crumbs left at 8. Potatoes were cold. And I was the only one eating at the time. Lobby was empty

Lobby is very large and when I got back from my event at 9:30pm, it was empty. Person at desk did not speak to me.

The staff were nice and helpful, the breakfast was good the room was clean, spacious and location was good for what we were there for. Convenient. Thank you and we'll stay again if we are in town again.

The only thing we found needs improvement or fixing was the shower stall grab/handle for safety issue and vent/exhaust needed to be cleaned. We had a good stay even though there were guests across our room or corridor who were a little loud late night, but our room was close to ice machine and elevator. We'll ask next time for a room away from either locations :) We didn't know . Thank you.

The only reason to not give an excellent rating is because they use styrofoam instead of cardboard for the breakfast dishes, unlike many other places where we have stayed. We prefer to care for the environment in any way possible.

Everyone was super nice to us and super helpful anytime that we needed any help. They were more than happy to help us.

It was a good location and easy to find and get to from where we actually had to go the next day

I got a king room and it was bigger than I thought I'd be. I always take Lysol wipes on trips but when I used them in this room they came up clean. Which, sadly never happens so that was very impressive! Breakfast is great when you go before 8am, only because of the crowds. Staff was very nice and helpful! I room definitely stay here again.

Close to the city and places I need to be at

Can hear other room from bathroom, almost as if they’re in the room with you. Must be through vents, if the bathroom is closed it’s okay.

Nice property didn’t get to check out the breakfast over slept had to be checked out by 11

Turned the air on In the room and it was very loud n stayed that way through out the night!!! I finally just cut it off around 12pm that night,
