I really liked the staff, especially the people at the front desk. Very polite and patient. At most motel/hotels you just get your room and go on about your business, but here I see them outside or the front desk, and it's always a hello and how are you doing or we will just chat. I love that kinda atmosphere.

We'll I know that all rooms can't fit queen size beds, but I just wish because a full size bed is small for couples. There's people that stay here that will bother you over and over asking for money or cigarettes non-stop, even knocking on your door in the wee hours of the night.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! I was quite afraid we might have issues with roaches and bed bugs, but that wasn't the case. We kept the tub and sink closed whenever not using it, just in case, and all was good. The room is simple but has a tv and a microwave, for the price is what you can get.

Internet was really bad

During both check-in and check-out the clerks handled other things that could have waited until they didntha e a customer (updating a door key programmer and doing something on the computer without acknowledging I was standing there. Additionally I booked a king size bed 3 days prior to my stay and on check-in was told they had no king rooms available. We were given a full size bed instead

The room was much larger than usual and what I expected and I loved the tiled shower. The check-in was quick and easy and parking was close to the room in comparison with other rooms I've had at other motels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free toiletries and snacks were great. There was a huge jacuzzi in my room that I would've loved to use if I'd had time. I felt safe due to the onsite staff presence the whole time I was there.

This is actually very picky, and for what I paid on Oaks/Derby night it is probably asking too much, but the towels could be just a little better quality but they were adequate.

Cant beat the price for the king size spa room lots of room ...Close to restaurants and gas stations..staff is great to deal with the two long time staff women members are the best the 3rd shit woman is a blast makes me smile and joy to deal with way to go girl help me get a new remote for the tv she was determined I had one that would work

Not much i didnt like orher then the McDonald's out front cant get your order right..but thats not on them lol. ...butv if i had to nitpic id say more pillows and a few more towels in the room but u can get more at the office

the staff was absolutely great! so was the price. we love to travel and favor hotels where we can pull right up in front of our door. we know not to usually expect much and pray for clean sheets. this place was amazing. loved the Jacuzzi tub

Late check in is not a problem, Tori was at front desk and made my day with helpful tips on the phone with updated status of booking. Since the hotel overbooked recently during a convention . I read and witnessed the cleanest it ever was, I am sure they have hired a service to do it or room was renovated recently because surfaces had no scum , bathroom tub was not dingy or residual hairs left on walls , floors were shining and not sticky, and plenty of clean really white linens for bathroom and bed , all appliances worked and appeared as if thru were new even fridge. White socks didn't even get dirty!! Very impressed .

Hotel overbooked and turned me away even though I had reserved a room and had a confirmation # due to no vacancies earlier in the week during a convention, there was only 1 pillow on my king sized bed and room was reserved for 2 adults, and the filter on the unit that heats and cools was not clean but not horrible either. Still gave them a 10 because customer service lady at front desk was so nice.Thanks Tori!

I love the 2nd shift manager Tori I think her name is she needs a raise she works her butt off and then some so what there's guests rude as hell towards them mangers but really they all 3 need more money even Danny the one I know but thanks and keep up the good work looking better a round eve to the door man the main maintenance guy too

I love that the staff cares, they fulfill your needs, they communicate and understand. Danny is one of the best I've worked with here, I needed help and he's been there. He's there for any questions you might have, or to assist you through anything that could pop up from the room. This is the best hotel I've stayed in so far, waiting on my situation is tough, but everyone here has made it less stressful. I tell my coworkers about this place and anyone needing a place to rest I refer them to here.

Friendly and helpful staff. Food and shopping close by we walked to Target which is across the street from Walmart. Gas station on one side and McDonald's on the other side in the same parking lot. Small shopping center across the street. Amazing location for someone who doesn't drive. I extended my stay an extra week and half.
