Everything was great. The staff was very nice. The breakfast there was so nice.

Felt that the pool could have been a little cleaner. And the door to get into the pool was very hard to open.

the room was wonderful. the evening staff was very nice. the people who checked me out were very nice. the cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating.

the lady who checked me in was surly and less than willing to help when I requested extra towels. the young tall white girl restocking the breakfast Buffett was more interested in gossiping at the front desk with Ms Surly. further you had a whole hotel of concert going guests maybe extend the breakfast buffet till 10am. when advised napkins, coffee and breakfast foods were empty she and an older woman in the kitchen acted annoyed to be bothered. but eventually did restock. and I was heart broken by no hot tub and freezing cold pool water.

We loved our stay here! One of the best hotel experiences we have had. Great option for large families like ourselves (7 of us), and they allow pets which was awesome. Their breakfast buffet was great with a wide variety of food, the room was clean on arrival, the staff left you alone to enjoy your stay but at the same time was always available if you needed something. The bathrooms were clean. Pool area was clean. Dining area was clean. What's equally important is the location. It's a beautiful town with a ton of things to do.

Absolutely stunning entrance. Quiet! Exceptional breakfast buffet, food was kept restocked. There were scramble eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, fruit, diy waffles, juice, milk, even hot sauce! Room was very spacious and welcoming. Comfy beds, kids even slept well on the sofa bed! Great price. They provided extra coffee as requested.

I booked because I needed something to do with my little kids during our downtime. It was advertised that they had an excellent pool and hot tub. BOTH are PERMANENTLY SHUT DOWN by the Dept of Health!! There was zero mention of it at all. Just a tattered sign at check in. Our room was a suite and advertised to have a large fridge and cook top stove. We had a room with a dorm fridge and microwave. No stove top. With 6 people in a room, extra blankets should have been provided. We had 1 extra besides the bed blankets. Just wish we would have been informed about the pool/hot tub BEFORE driving the 762 miles there.

Great stay at a decent price. Very quiet area...no interstate noise! There were tornado warnings the night we stayed and the night clerk (friendly guy with a beard, didn't catch his name), did a fabulous job prepping for the storm and informing us of our options and safety protocols. Beds were comfy, room was clean, spacious with separate bedroom and sitting area. Breakfast was a cut above the normal stuff, friendly staff. We will definitely return when in the area.

The suite we had was wonderful and very spacious. We were able to invite a handicapped guest to spend and evening with us in the "TV-Room" sitting comfortably together talking. Breakfast was nice, the room was clean and the bathroom was well equipped.

Unfortunately, like many hotels, the doors are shutting with a loud bang. Some people manage to close them quietly, but most seem to have no respect for other guests especially at night. When I mentioned that there was a lot of noise, door banging and screaming, the man at the reception said he could not do anything. This was a little disappointing for an otherwise really nice hotel.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

I purposely looked for a hotel that had a hot tub due to the tremendous amount of walking we were doing during the day. When we checked we were informed in a fairly rude way that the hot tub was not working and that they were not going to fix it. This information should not be included as an amenity! This was why I chose this hotel over others and then couldn't use it.

Early check in was accommodated; rooms were comfortable. Nice to have a refrigerator/kitchenette.

We had difficulty checking in. Not sure if it was a hotel problem or a Booking.com problem, but the wrong name was on the reservation at the hotel, though it was correct on Booking.com. It made the check-in process take a long time. All that with a newer employee who was struggling to make it happen at all.

The guy at the front desk when we checked in was awesome! He was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. We had problems with one of the toilettes, they sent maintenance up right away to fix it. The breakfast was nice. Everyday it was a little different.

I called in advance to see if the hot tub was working. (We had issues at the last 2 hotels about the hottub not working.) They said yes. When we got there I asked again at the front desk. The guy said yes it does, but if it wasn't hot enough to get him. He would heat it back up. Something was wrong with it that they couldn't keep the heat up on it. He was very happy to help us when we asked him to heat it up more. On the third night, we went to the desk again to have it turned up, and the lady said she couldn't do it. It wasn't even as warn as bath water!

The breakfast was good nice and clean..the rooms were also very clean.

I did not like the attitude of the front staff when i came in for check in she was least bothered to see who is standing I felt she was being lazy for her job. I was there for 3 nights stay but according the hotel rule u get cleaning staff only after 3 nights which I felt was not good atleast 2 night house keeping is necessary.
