Very polite staff, clean rooms, everything worked as it should, good price and location. Full size refrigerator and microwave. Staff held our room even though we didn't arrive until 2am the first night.

Some of the other guests obviously live there. I'm not judging them for being on hard times, but there were kids still playing in the parking lot at 1am when I went to bed. They weren't loud enough to be a bother, but I was a little worried about them getting hit by someone coming in late. Nothing wrong with the hotel itself though.

i like the fact the room had been updated. the carpet that was once in the room like the other rooms had been replaced with like a hardwood floor. The room had plenty of space and i love the layout of the favility

the bathtub was disgusting. there was black pube looking hairs everywhere in the bathtub that i had to scrub clean before i could even use it. idk if your situation has to even we dont plan on staying long just over night one more time tomorrow

Location and price

The man at front desk was rude and the water pressure was bad and cold. We were guaranteed early check in at no charge and when we arrived not only did we not get that but we had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes before our room was ready and available. Once in the room we didn’t have a microwave nor did the tv have sound

Staff was great. Room was clean. No stains on sheets. Quiet, no one bothers you.

Entrance from Hurstbourne Lane needs to be repaved.

My boyfriend and I loved the room and the bed was comfy! We had an event so we were states away from home, so we were worried about finding somewhere to go, but the staff was really nice and got us into our room quickly!

I enjoyed everything but some of the people screaming outside early in the morning but that’s not the building fault haha!

I luv the staff here Stacey is a terrific person and she’s always willing to help me and make my stay very worth while!!!

Ice maker was far away due to my health it was somewhat .

Room was spotless. Bed was comfy. Coffee in guest area was fresh & hot. Bathroom was spotless.

No Hot tub ... lol. But everything was excellent.

no door latch just a deadbolt on the door. and smoky smell from previous visitors
