We were in Louisville for a baseball tournament and another player on team and his mother checked in at the same time as us. She had accidentally booked the room for the previous night and had been marked a no show. Instead of making her pay again they rebooked her room free of charge. Not many people would be that understanding. Very nice thing to do. Would recommend.

Only bad thing I can say is the pool area is really small and can use some upkeep. The kids enjoyed it tho and said the water was warm.

The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The pool was clean this time and very nice. Last visit it was very dirty. The room was clean and towels were placed nicely

The fidge was off and warm when we came with food. The AC didn't seem to blow well. The cleaning staff came in on day 2 at 930am to ask if we were staying over although we paid in advance. The next day we tried to swap towels at door and they welcomed their self in and was making a lot of noise with the trash can. That's a real pain when you worked all night and your toddler is still sleeping. Ironically check out day she never came. We almost overslept andost deposit. I feel that was intentional

The staff is always so nice and friendly, from the front desk staff, to the cleaning ladies. Even the breakfast staff! I love it here! Everyone is always smiling. Check in is always quick and easy! The pool is always open and clean. 10 out 10 for sure! I'll be back soon!

I wish there was orange juice for breakfast! And sometimes they have fried potatoes for breakfast that are really good! They should have them on the menu daily!!

Not really as it was just a one night stay while traveling across country.

Putting down a $150.00 CASH deposit for damages. That caught me completely off guard. I could see them inspecting your room b4 checking u out, and if there was damage, making arrangements for the charge to fix it, but not requiring a CASH deposit at check-in.

Location feels safe. Check in/out went smoothly. The people at the front desk were kind. The breakfast included was pretty good also. Room was comfy and clean! The price was also great for a 5 night stay!!

No complains other than the microwave smelled weird. Someone definitely heated up something strange in there. Haha! It wasn’t a big deal though.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I wanted something budget-friendly but not so cheap that I risked bedbugs. (Yes, I know you can get them anywhere) I paid $100 for one night which is a lot, but still on the lower end for comparable hotels. I thought the $100 cash deposit at check-in was strange, but it was returned to me the next morning. The room was larger than I expected and I could tell that every effort is made to keep the rooms very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great, too. Breakfast also exceeded my expectations, with a good variety of foods, all hot and fresh. There’s also a pool, but I didn’t use it. The family who runs the hotel is very polite and I felt like they take pride in running a well-maintained hotel.

Nothing not to like

Breakfast staff was friendly. Food was hot and ready. The room was tidy and housekeeping was fantastic. The beds were a little stiff for my liking but overall good. The pool was heated and that was a nice treat.

I was highly satisfied with our stay. We traveled with an 11 year old and he was quite pleased with everything. The pool was his favorite part of the stay. He had a blast.

The breakfast was great! The pool was warm and relaxing. The staff was nice and pleasant to deal with.

We found a used bar of soap behind our bathroom sink, and we had a hard time keeping water in the tub for baths. It would be nice if the front desk had a bell for service, so you don't have to wait forever for someone to finally come out of the back.

The room was clean, the hotel was quiet, the staff was attentive.

The bathroom was a little sparsely decorated. There were no safety grab bars on the tub., The bathroom wasn't as clean as the main room. Bath towels were thin and skimpy, but acceptable.

Good hot breakfast . On a Monday morning it was scrambled eggs , link sausage,, biscuits and gravy. Plus the waffle maker, pastry and cereal. Juice, coffee, milk. Two driveways down, the nearest restaurant, was a cracker barrel.

I did not see the cash deposit requirement, when I booked. Cash ($100) had to be deposited at the front desk, I did get a full refund at checkout.
