Staff was very friendly. The pool was great for my grandson, on my visit for his 5th b-day. Breakfast was very good, with one exception, there was no bacon. ☺️

Shower,- water pressure, shower head was poor quality & condition. The way the hot water worked, to stay hot enough for nice shower, had to turn down till hardly any pressure, if turned up water for volume & pressure, water was no longer hot, cool actually. Shower head would only turn to 3 streams, 2 shot over the top of the shower rod & in my eyes, it sprayed all over & in all directions.

The hote offered free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, free parking. The hotel was extremely clean and the common areas, I saw multiple people cleaning multiple locations throughout the entire stay. The staff was friendly, approachable, and available. The weight room was extremely warm. It was actually sweltering and I found it difficult to try and work out. The guest rooms were comfortable spacious offering a microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. I would suggest new carpet or get rid of the carpet altogether as it was unsightly and very outdated. The bed was comfortable.

Location was quiet and in a safe neighborhood. We were visiting for sightseeing and most places were 15-20 mins drive. Good food options around the neighborhood. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Coffee was good. Rooms were good size and comfortable. Pool was very nice. Would recommend the hotel.

It is a beautiful facility, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.

The lobby is very pretty, and the rooms are very comfortable. I like the furniture and the decorating of the hotel.

Breakfast was great! Room was clean and well kept. 2 Queen beds were very comfortable.

The pool area was very hot...the water temp was great in pool. On Saturday night, the size of the pool had to many people and I was not able to enjoy the pool; however, on Sunday, I had a very nice swim. Only problem was the pool area was very very hot when you were not in the water. It was hard to find the Hotel because the sign is to small and it is located back behind the other hotels.

The facility was very well kept. I was pleasantly surprised with how good my room smelt. It had a fresh laundry scent aroma that was very inviting. I felt at home - comfortable, safe, and cozy! The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The Dove products in the shower was a huge bonus because I forgot my personal soap! The small details down to the USB plug ins on the lamps, along with outlets, was also a nice touch. I really enjoyed staying here and will absolutely stay here again. Also, the staff, particularly the night shift front desk receptionist, gave incredible service and was very nice and accommodating. Thank you all for a great stay!

I have no complaints about my stay.

My son and I stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to Ohio, and then we stayed here again on our way back home. Everything was great. The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot, and the room, lobby, and hallways were clean and didn't have that old musty hotel smell. The room was clean and quiet! We didn't have any issues with loud people in the hallways or in the next room. We also liked the fact that Sam's Club was right next door. The ladies working at the front were also very friendly.

Location, staffing, large room, comfortable bed & pillows. Liked toiletries from Dove brand in shower. Free breakfast overall decent.

Consider fresh fruit as a breakfast option, if only apples, bananas and oranges. Maybe hard-boiled eggs. More than white bread and plain bagels... It's a tad bit old so bathrooms could use deep cleaning and freshening of caulking. But shower curtains and bed linens are all current and very nice.

I enjoyed all the sevices provided. The room was clean to include the bathroom. I was not expecting this level of service that far from the city center. A job well done by all the staff. A excellent stay.

Most of the breakfst items were eaten by 8am. Maybe a little more could have been provided. I know that the meal perparation is done based on the number of guests from the night previous. I do know that there was a construction company staying so maybe that made a difference.
