We loved our room! We loved having a living room and bedroom feel, felt like a one bedroom apartment it was nice! The beds were so comfortable and the room was very nice and clean! Very quite and clean hotel. Staff was super nice and helpful! Breakfast was very yummy and the kitchen area and tables was clean. Nice pool area! Very happy with our stay, we definitely recommend and will be back to stay!

The pool area was very nice but the water could be warmer! There was days the kids couldn't swim long one day because the water was cold, so that was a little bit of a bummer. Also the pool area gets super hot at times in there. The water pressure in the shower wasn't the best. Not many complaints here!

Naomi did a great job during checking. The bed was very comfortable. We liked that there were two luggage racks. She did provide us with a larger end room with a separate little desk area. The best part of the experience was CARLA in the kitchen. Her biscuits and potatoes were fabulous, she assisted when the pancake maker needed a boost, and heated something in the oven for me. I also saw her assist someone not capable of serving herself.

We had reserved a disability access room, but when we arrived we were told they were all booked. Although they provided us with one of their larger rooms on the first floor, the bathroom was Not handicap accessible.

Elevator not functional in am when many checking out. However, an employee housekeeper kindly offered to help me carry my roller down 4 flights. The first day, my room was not attended. I did have my DND sign up, but I left while still early am. Reported to front & said if they see sign do not come back to see if sign removed. I guess i feel if sign removed before 10:30 & room is a stayover, room should be recheck for cleaning.

My husband and I absolutely loved this hotel!! This Best Western was beautiful, very clean, and super friendly check in staff. There was a hot coffee bar, open all the time. It was located in the lobby. The hot breakfast was amazing! It had sausage, omelets, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, and fresh fruit. It also had a heated indoor pool! The location was really great. Close to what we like to do when we come to Louisville. The bed was perfect and the pillows were amazing. The a/c kept the room nice and cool. My husband and I are making this our hotel we stay at when we go to Louisville. If you are looking for a nice, clean place with friendly staff I would recommend this hotel!

There was nothing we didn’t like about this property. It was an amazing stay!!

The evening staff that checked us in was very busy and very efficient. She checked a couple people before me and a few after ( while I waited for my husband), after. And ran and got more towels for the pool. Our TV remote did not work, and she came as quickly as she could with a new one shortly thereafter. Our hotel was thoroughly full with athletes (for different tournaments I assume). We were not part of that. But our room was very quiet.

The breakfast was quite good, but they ran out of most things over the 30 minutes we ate (near the end if buffet time). So many athletes eating a lot! The staff kept refilling very quickly. So they were great about keeping up with demand. Very little wait time.

I can't brag about the hospitality more. Literally, everyone on staff was helpful and polite. Our car died, and a lady in the breakfast room jumped us off. When we were leaving, the front desk lady brought us breakfast for my baby even though it was a little too early for breakfast. When we checked in, the guy behind the desk was cheerful and informative. I just miss having experiences with people like this this. I'm not sure if it was all of Kentucky, but this was the best experience I've probably had with a hotel.

The breakfast was good, the pool was nice, the room was clean. I really can't think of anything I would've changed. Oh yes, I can! The pull out bed! Not meant for an adult. My husband and I joked about needing a chiropractor as we layed there with our 2 year old. Perfect for her. Not us.

Erik was a solid person at the front desk. Dude hooked us up with an amazing room. He knew my vibe when we got there and knew why we were there. The staff was amazing.

Breakfast. It wasn't the best. I watched them refill the tater tots/breakfast potatoes and they were cold. The eggs were sloppy, the waffle maker seemed like it wasn't working well. The best part was the coffee, bacon, Biscuits and gravy.

It was so nice and very clean! Our room was very quiet you could not hear anything.

We had a queen suite and the way the two beds were for guests to get into the bathroom was a struggle. The door was right next to the bed so you had to squeeze through. The bathroom lights were hard to figure out especially when the room was dark.

Eric. Eric at the front desk was so nice and helpful and with such a great attitude. He made us feel welcomed and helped us with a late check out after a rough night with our flights being delayed. All the staff, at the breakfast and cleaning the rooms, were nice and helpful. The room was comfortable as well with plenty of space.

Love my suite for the long stay. The extra area was idea for office work. Very accommodating staff.

5 floors but just one elevator means waiting. What if that one elevator had to be shut down for servicing & you were on the 4th or 5th? Could not give staff a perfect mark bc one staff worker took up a prime check in parking spot in front circle drive on my check in and did the entire time when their shift. Just 2 cars already there means going to the back and walking around.
