Location was great! Staff was friendly & explained everything in detail & was very attentive! Liked the free coffee in the am.! Felt safe being there!

Room was ok but needed an update! Rug needed to be replaced very badly as there were stains on it & you needed footware to feel comfortable walking on it! Bathroom door had a large hole in it like it was punched! All in all it needs to be refurbished! Furnished & tables were very outdated!

The front desk staff was very polite and accommodating. The bed was comfortable. The water temperature was just right and the room was nice and clean.

I didn't like that I had switch rooms because the first room I was given was damaged and missing things. The TV did not work and there was not a phone in the first room I was given. The breakfast was not great not many selections. I also feel like I should've been give a discount since I had move rooms and downgrade a bit.

- Nice accommodations for the amount I paid - Late afternoon person was extremely friendly and willing to help - Morning person was just going through the motions and did not exceed my expectations - Lots of outlets and USB power ports - Refrigerator was extremely clean

- The speckled bathtub surround was pretty ugly - HVAC would be nice if it was controlled by a temperature thermostat - Front door would not shut on its own

Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly

Could use an update on stove, TV, counter tops, etc. But everything was well kept so still very nice

Very clean apartment type studio in a quiet location. My really like the room setting.

Kitchen ustensiles could have been put in the kitchen cabinet not in the office

Had a fridge and microwave. Very comfortable bed.

It's advertised as a studio with a kitchen, but there are NO pots/pans, silverware, cups etc.

As a disabled veteran, my wife and I were very happy that our Convention was held right next door!
