The location and the staff was so nice. We go on a shopping trip every year in November and we have stayed here the last 4 years and we love it. The staff at the desk is always so nice and d a polite, and friendly

We had family staying with us for the first time and altogether we had 4 rooms. Which was in different names. One family had joining rooms they have adult children so needed two rooms with two showers. One of their showers wasn’t working and they were told four or five times they would send someone to fix it while we were out shopping or eating. It was never fixed and they always had to go to front desk or call front desk to ask about it. When we checked out the situation still had not been resolved.

Hotel was nice, clean; our room was great; had sitting area with pull out sofa separate from bed, so that was nice as we were able to watch tv without sitting on the bed. Location was good, easy to get too, on/off freeway. Pool area clean. Great hot water in the shower, which is sometimes hard to come by. Daily housekeeping, so room was freshened up with clean towels which was nice.

Breakfast was very basic, expected a bit more from Fairfield Inn. That being said the attendant working did well keeping it stocked. Pull out sofa mattress was thin, could feel springs. Minimal water pressure when using shower. Also, our second night there, the extra tv in the sitting room did not work; not sure if housekeeping bumped it somehow but it was all static. Wasnt a big deal and did not report as we were checking out the next day.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. Quiet and peaceful.

For the price I paid, a piece of fruit at breakfast would have been welcome, and I was a little surprised that the breakfast hours were so early for a weekend. Also, the pool is the size of a postage stamp - and as I've found with many hotels, not open early enough to allow for any exercise (even if it had been big enough).

We loved the lobby area and exploring the well lit sidewalks outside. Our beds inside the room were perfectly made.. My children had a great time in the pool.

There was trash under the sink from previous guest and a dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. Free bottled water. Reasonable price. Got a very quiet room as requested. Met my expectation overall.

Would be nice to include more fresh fruits for breakfast.

We booked through Booking.com. Received a confirmation. When we got there, the hotel said that our credit card had been declined. It was on our Discover card. We still have no idea why. Very inconvenient. Breakfast left a little bit to be desired.

Staff were respectful and courteous. Good location, centrally located for our needs. Appears location is in a current state of a remodel.

Room AC/central air did not work. There was an odor coming off the elevator.

Breakfast was fancier than usual! The eggs were seasoned and the potatoes,really made the breakfast stand out as opposed to muffin brand,waffles or just scrambled eggs. Your front desk employee was amazing,he so helpful! Your evening staff is the best by far I've ever seen! Loved the single served meals in fridge as option, especially when I arrived late checking in and was needing to eat. The lasagna suggested was right on the money! It was really good. I told my husband we are staying there round trip every time we go through which is twice a year at least! Will highly recommend!

Honestly absolutely nothing! Oh bonus...coffee was available fresh even at 8:30 pm which is around time I checked in finally!

All the staff we encountered were very friendly, courteous and professional!! This is what we expect and they certainly delivered!

We noticed nothing that was out of line for our stay. It was very clean and breakfast staff was very attentive. Found the mattress very comfortable but the pillows were not to our liking (but not a big deal).

Staff were not helpful at all, when I asked about the deposit they hold on your card they had no idea how much it was.
