I really liked the look and location of the facility

The only thing that I didn’t like was the cleanliness of the facility and the presence of roaches in my room. If more detail was put into actually cleaning maybe the roaches wouldn’t be able to thrive. There was visible crumbs in corners and under tables and you could tell the floor needed mopping. That was a lil shocking because it looked so nice.

The location was great and close to a lot of amenities, the room was clean and furnished well. The laundry facilities were well taken care of and there was no excessive noise.

I would have liked staff to come tidy the room at least once in our 5 day stay. Pick up garbage, sweep, vacuum, and check towels.

The staff was very friendly. You can walk to different restaurants and stores. The hotel was nice and neat and not a lot of noise going on.

I have nothing to say about any dislikes.

The front desk was extremely friendly and efficient. It is very easy to locate and has a cluster of places to eat across the street.

The room felt a little dark. There was a dirty dish and the top of the fridge was kind of dirty but it was high enough that I wouldn't have known if not sharing the room with someone taller (the rest of the room seemed clean enough and the bathroom was clean)

This was a very clean and quiet hotel. Staff was polite and welcoming. This was a good choice for our over night stay while traveling, but would be perfect for a longer stay, with the mini kitchen, apartment size fridge, etc. I am always cautious when we travel, but felt very safe during our stay.

Bed was not the most comfortable, but still, for the money, it was immaculately clean, safe, and quiet, so, not a big negative. Especially since we had been driving 12 hours....most likely my aches and pains were my body protesting the drive, not the mattress.

The friendly and helpful staffs, the spacious room with everything I need. The mini kitchen and it's equipment is excellent.

The bathroom floor was dusty. So I can see my shoe prints around it. I suppose the carpet was the same.

The staff was amazing and efficient the checking in step took less than 5 minutes.

No smart TVs and some of the facilities were down but that was because of reconstruction so it wasn't too big of a deal.

My mother and I both have a disability and there was no. There was no disability benches for the showers.
