The property looked very nice and bright the moment we drove up, it was all so clean, the bed was so comfortable so was the pillows, you control the heat it was comfortable the room was clean and it all smelled so fresh. It had a nice kitchenette with microwave and fridgeI it also Had iron ironing board and a safe, I liked that the room didn’t have carpet. the breakfast was so great so much variety from hot eggs,sausages,waffles, yogurt muffins,cereal, bagels etc. I definitely will stay here again.

I don’t like that I had to leave but other than that I can’t find anything negative to say

LOCATION WAS GREAT, STAFF FRIENDLY AND ACCOMODATING, EVEN FOR A SILLY REQUEST LIKE A WINDOW FOR MY SON CAN SEE THE PLANES, BREAKFAST WAS A LIFE SAVER

ONE SMALL DETAILS, THE ELEVATOR EVEN THO WAS CLEAN, HAD AN ODD SMELL LIKE OLD CLOSET, I THINK THEY JUST NEED TO WIPE THE FLOOR AND WALLS OF IT WITH A GOOD DESINFECTANT AND POLISH THE STAINLESS STEELS AREAS LOOKED THAT HAS NOT BEING DETAILED IN A WHILE, ITS JUST ANOYING WHEN USING THE ELEVATOR, ALL OTHER AREAS WERE GREAT, INCLUDING THE ROOM , FRESH LINENS AND CLEAN BATHROOM AND SHOWER

The property had changed from Safe & Sure (Best Western) to Best Western. Not much difference except perhaps price. Friendly helpful staff! No major problems, liked having a back side room where airport traffic noise is not so noticeable.

Some of the staff could NOT speak or understand English. Our housekeeper just put up her hands & said “No English”. Also one of the persons at the desk had a problem understanding me! My Spanish ( if that was their language ) is not very good either. So there was a communication problem.

Pleasant, helpful staff. They had a computer with printer available so that we could check-in and get our airline boarding passes printed. The breakfast was excellent and the staff kept everything well stocked. Our room was large, clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was minutes from the airport. If it were not for the TV issue I would say this qualifies as a 4 star hotel. When we return to Louisville, we will stay here again!

The large TV was very good but the programing was not accessible. Unfortunately they were using Spectrum as a provider which offered a good variety of programing but they did not use Spectrum remotes. As a result we were not able to select a desired channel without going thru every other channel. The cheap universal remotes used would not allow going from the current channel to the desired channel directly!

Everything was excellent except the breakfast. I brought my two grandsons with me one who thought everything did not look good. So I guess I can say it wasn’t appealing to a youngsters eyes. Also, there wasn’t an a variety of breakfast meats, but only sausage. However, the waffles were delicious and I really enjoyed them

There should be more bath towel racks or hooks in the bathroom. There was no place to put a clean towel or washcloth. Neither a change of clothes after showering. There should be a fan as well in the bathroom.

Just about everything! We already knew it was on a busy highway & very near the runways to the Louisville airport. The airplanes on their flight paths sometimes woke us up in the early mornings. We were away from the hotel at the NAILE most of the time so we’re not bothered only in late night & early mornings! We had a couple registration issues which taken care in a helpful professional fashion!

We liked most everything. Those in charge of breakfast could have been more attentive. Often they ran out of coffee. Most people want their coffee immediately at breakfast. The orange juice was very thick out of the machine. That means it needed to be less concentrated. I tried the apple juice & it was fine. Hot food was hot & cold food was cold as they were supposed. Servers just need to watch for what needs to refills!

When we walked in it was very nice and clean! You could smell the cleanliness throughout the entire hotel. They allowed us to bring our dog too which was great because we like taking her with us as much as we can. The breakfast options looked really good although I didn’t get to try because I didn’t get up early enough. The beds were super comfortable too!!

If I had to pick something I would say the TV. The volume wasn’t very loud and it took a while to even find the guide for the channels. You could only flip one channel at a time to get to the channel you wanted to watch instead of punching in the channel manually.

Location, first and foremost!! Centrally located to everything we wanted to do in town! It was also exceptionally clean!! You can smell the cleaner as soon as you walk in, but not overpowering!! The room was huge and DID NOT have carpet, which I absolutely loved!

The only downfall was the room doors. They are very heavy and do not close easily. So, hearing the doors slam during late night hours was terrible, especially when trying to relax.

The place was clean, and pretty easy to navigate. The beds were comfortable, and everything seemed to work. There is a 100$ deposit before you pay, so definitely budget for that but I went back into my card the same day as check out.

The walls were pretty thin, it almost feels like whispering could be too loud. I was woken up by phone alarms in the rooms on either side (not the hotels fault in the slightest)

Proximity to Kentucky Expo grounds. Very easy walk of about 1/2 mile. Safe. Ample parking. Pizza restaurant next door. Very nice people cleaning the rooms. Front desk people were just ok. Not particularly friendly.

Grossly overpriced for the festival but there weren’t many better options for a walkable location. It was filled with festival attendees, which was cool. Breakfast was just ok.
