My husband and I enjoyed our 2 night stay. The hotel was clean. We loved that our room had a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top, microwave, and a full sink. Our room and the bathroom had plenty of floor and storage space. The large walk-in closet was nice and included an iron. The hotel is close to everything. The area where it is located was quiet. The parking lot was well light at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Louisville. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice, quiet, comfortable, convenient, and reasonably priced place to stay.
We have no complaints at all about our stay!

The bed was comfortable and loved the little kitchen.
We only had one bath towel. Also, there was a used coffee filter in the coffee maker from the last occupant. Otherwise, everything else was great.

I liked the kitchenette, I don't like to order food or go out to eat. So it was a great convince to me. I also like the laundry room. It was very convenient

Clean and hidden away in a nice neighborhood. Felt safe.
Was originally assigned a room that already had an occupant. Luckily, when I entered the room the occupant was away.

Beautiful view, clean comfortable room. Great amenities and price.
Cosmetic things that can easily be fixed. Front curtain supports. Better cover on air conditioner in winter. Handle on sink not attached.

everything. this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. it’s nice and clean. they provide everything you need in the kitchen. there’s a gym and free laundry.

Pillows... that was the only part of our stay that was horrible. They aren't very comfortable.
