It was a very nice hotel staff was so good to us the room was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay if we are ever back in Louisville KY we defiantly gonna stay there again would recommend this hotel to every one

The bed was big and comfortable. They have Mtn. Dew. Nice staff.

Breakfast was a little scant. The AC was either hot or cold. The graduation in between only worked sometimes. The room needed another chair to sit in.

Great location, adequate accommodations, helpful staff, and great price. You could tell that the staff worked hard to keep the facility clean.

It could use some updating, but for the price it was fine. Breakfast could be better.

Location was perfect. Only 1/2 mile from our destination.

A little more variety and supply on the breakfast bar would be nice. Every guest should have access to everything offered the entire time it is open.

room was clean and comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful. easily able to get to interstate and airport. close to several restaurants would stay here again as it was a good place and good value

It was convenient. We had a jacuzzi in our room.

The hallway carpets needed cleaning badly. One of our keys never worked even after reprogramming four times.

The staff! They were very nice and helpful. I originally booked and paid for 2 nights. After the first night I went to the front desk to see if I would be able to cancel the second night due to unexpected change of plans and they told me to come back at 11 o clock checkout. I went back at 11 and the lady at the front desk, I believe her name was Hema Patel, checked me out with no questions asked. I was a little worried about a cancelation fee or still having to pay for the second night but I was able to get my money back for the second night and no fee was charged for canceling. The location was perfect and great price too at least compared to other hotels I looked at around there.

The fridge in the room grossed me out a little with how dirty it was but that's just a little thing that's no big deal and I can overlook since I didnt really need to use it. Overall it was a great stay and worked for what I needed which was just a place to sleep.

The beds were extremely comfortable.. Staff was very friendly on all shifts...

Rooms were a little bit smaller than expected...but the comfort and experience made up for it....

There was coffee and juices. I wasn't interested in much else.

I didn't like the fact that the so-called breakfast really wasn't a real breakfast.

The man that cleaned the rooms was so friendly and a great guy made our trip enjoyable
