The staff was kind and attentive. When we were stormed out of the LTL24 music festival, they provided karaoke for the guests - who really enjoyed it. One morning during breakfast, they saw my son looking for bacon and brought a plate out to him which was very sweet. The hotel was always very clean - especially since all ofthe festival guests were mudding returning to the hotel.

Our primary dislike about the hotel was its shuttle that stopped before all of its guests returned safely. We waited until midnight after a call was made just after 11pm letting the hotel know that when the last shuttle left there were still 8 of us left to pick up - 3 were kids. Unfortunately we waited until 11pm and ended up walking back to the hotel. This happened 2 of the 3 nights we needed a shuttle.

Jupheena Hernandez, front office manager very helpful. Friendly and very accommodating. It's a pleasure to deal with someone that is able to resolve a minor issue. She helped to make or stay enjoyable. Breakfast was typical Holiday Inn fare. Location excellent if you're going to Churchill Downs. Restaurant & Lounge were good. Arbys next door. Cracker Barrell down the block. Small indoor pool.

No luggage rack. Furniture was a little spartan.

It was very clean, and welcoming!

We came down for the farm machinery show. Because that’s our living! It was very convenient, an a short run to the show. The staff was amazing, and it was very clean. Which is one thing I am very picky on! As I have been a manager of housekeeping, and they meet all standards!

The free shuttle service and breakfast included are all great things and it was all for a very reasonable price. The room was clean and comfortable. It included a fridge and coffee, which is really nice for an early departure like I had.

The workout room was quite small with very little equipment.

Shuttle service to the Bourbon & Beyond event. Great location. Staff went above and beyond to get us checked in a little early so we could get settled before attending Bourbon & Beyond.

Breakfast service struggled to keep up with demand. Coffee service was not working as expected.

We were shuttled to and from the Fair/Expo Center which was very helpful so we did not have to pay for parking or find a parking space. All of the staff at the hotel were extremely nice and accommodating.

It would be nice to have other breakfast options near by or a free continental breakfast instead of an expensive buffet. we don’t eat a large breakfast so it wouldn’t be worth us buying. I had to drive through that terrible traffic on 264 to go get breakfast.

It was clean and the staff was friendly.

The location was good since it was close to where we needed to go, however the parking for the hotel was inadequate. It needs to be expanded to accommodate the high traffic of the hotel.

Breakfast was nice every morning and the proximity to the Expo Center was the reason I chose this location.

Wish I could have stayed longer and did more exploring.

Location to Churchill Downs

Remote on tv didn't work. Called front desk they brought up remote with no batteries and no offer to fix tv. Offered to move us to another room at 10:00 pm.

Very quick check-in. Our first room hadn't been cleaned yet, so we went back to the front desk and had a new room within minutes. Quiet. Clean.

There weren't a lot of television stations to watch.
