The hotel was really nice, clean, and easy to access. I wish I had time for breakfast but I woke up late and couldn't get any... But it smelled good!!

When I walked in to get my key after my husband already checked in, there was no one at the desk. I waited for a couple of minutes and looked for a bell or something to advise someone I was there, but nothing. So I just walked in and went to the elevators and to the room. That was a little disappointing that there was no one around to greet me or to kind of see who was coming in... Just saying... That's the reason I gave it 9 starts and not 10.

Within walking distance to the Louder than Life music festival. I expected it to be noisy after the event but was pleasantly surprised. Room was clean and beds comfy. They accommodated an early check in and staff was pleasant.

I don't appreciate the price of the room being jacked up 2x it's normal value due to event proximity. Normal/average price would've been a good value but as usual corporations have to gouge us at every turn.

Nice.. the WiFi was a little spotty. But everything else was on point. Extremely clean & the front desk and staff were awesome. If you ever travel to Louisville I definitely recommend this hotel. My favorite was the 24 hour gym and the breakfast bar was amazing as well.

Room size could have accommodated 2 x queen beds (or 1 x queen and 1 x double) rather than 2 x double beds. Power point on lamp failed on day 2.

The location is very good. close to the airport and the conference center. Staff were very friendly and helpful and arranged free transfers to the airport and conference center. Large rooms with a comfortable bed. Note. it is only about a 15 - 20 minute walk to the conference center if you want to stretch your legs. :-)

As with many hotels in the US, it really annoys me that most hotels continue to issue throw away plastic knives, forks and plates for the breakfast service. I understand that throwing away the cutlery is less expensive than hiring a person to collect and wash them but, eating with flimsy plastic forks and knife is not very appetizing and is simply sustainable. Putting stickers up in the bathroom to encouraging guests to use a towel twice for the benefit of the environment while at the same time issuing only disposable cutlery for the breakfast service is quite cynical.

The room was great and the staff wonderful. Our stay was short due to Delta’s indifference to the passengers.. We made it to Soringhurst in Louisville in time to sleep a few hours before our flight on Southwest.

The hotel is very close to airport, and the shuttle service was quick and the driver was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was nice. It was a good value.

The coffee in the room and at the breakfast bar was not the greatest. Not a deal breaker.

I have stayed many years for my children competing at the KY state fair. This year, I had to cancel, very last minute. As I had a medical emergency. I had appendicitis, and it required an immediate appendectomy. The hotel was great to work with and allowed me to cancel with no issues. I look forward to staying with them next year.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and relatively quiet (except for the fact that it's near the airport and the noise of planes taking off was noticeable). The staff was very friendly and helpful; I got there after midnight and they very quickly got me checked in.

They kept the hairdryer in the closet on the other side of the room from the bathroom, and I had to go hunt for it.

Convenient location for our needs (Mega Cavern). The check-in person was nice and we had no issues. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. I liked the soap, conditioner and shampoo bottles on the wall in the shower. Nice spread for breakfast. Pool looked nice, even though we didn’t use it. The woman behind the counter during check-out was super nice. She gave us a map to help in our adventures to explore Louisville.

We had reserved one queen bed and received two double beds. Luckily my husband and I aren’t that big, but we struggled a bit to get comfortable. There was a partial closet wall by my head and I always stretch out my arm, so I’m sure that was part of the reason why I struggled a bit with sleep. Bed was very firm.
