The room was spacious and clean. The staff was exceptional. The lobby was bright, clean, and well decorated. The pool area was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. I especially loved the refrigerator. Even though it was a mini fridge, it was very large, and that was helpful since I have a special diet and had to bring a lot of my own food. Even the freezer worked, which is rare with a mini fridge.

Parking was limited, and the pool was not heated as advertised. But, those were minor.

Was very happy with how clean the bathroom and room was. .bed was comfortable and room came with everything you could need.

When I pulled the blanket back to get into bed one side of the bed looked slept in and there was hair on the sheets. Not just one or two quite bit. Not only hair from someone's head but also what looked like body hair too. However when I went down stairs and asked for clean sheets she was very nice and gave me clean sheets from the dryer.

We liked it all my wife and I had a good time Christian was awsome she was very friendly to us. But we liked the hole staff they was friendly

There wasn't anything we didn't like but I think that you should have exta pillows because they shrink when you laydown on them.

Best Western was super close to everything we were doing in Louisville for the weekend without the big city rush around us. It was clean and well kept and had a decent breakfast.

The pool was closed for maintenance which we found out it had been for 6 months or more. I had my children with me and that was part of the reason I booked the property was because it had a pool and turns out they didn’t get to swim.

We appreciated having a fully functional kitchen & hot tub! Very nice rustic cabin!

Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived… We didn’t use it or really plan to, so no big deal.

Worker was very very nice. We were upgraded to an amazing room which I really appreciated. Awesome space, quiet, comfortable, clean, close to Target, etc.

Only issue was limited parking

The whole place was super nice and clean,they were very attenative to details. It really was a great stay, everything was above my expectations including the staff!

I have no complaints

The bed was hands down the most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in.

The parking lot was really small had to park far away coming back late one night

Beautiful facility and well maintained. Love the consistent decor and look with a clean, modern feel.

The parking was just OK. The lot had plenty of spots but was at the hotel next door that wasn't as nice.

The parking is very limited and could be expanded. The "extra parking lot" across the street is not paved and is not ideal.
