I liked the fact that there was covered parking available right at the facility. The breakfast was top notch and the breakfast manager came through and greeted us both mornings and made sure we had what we needed. The staff were all super friendly. The beds were pretty comfortable for hotel beds, I usually have a hard time getting comfortable in hotel beds but these didn’t bother me. I also appreciated having a second little sink and a toilet in a separate room from the rest of the bathroom area so you could still use the bathroom while someone else was showering or getting ready in the morning.

I didn’t really like the pillows on the bed because they were way too soft for me and there wasn’t any other options in our room. Also the lock for the bathroom toilet area didn’t actually latch the door closed. The tiny sink in the toilet room had a loose faucet and to me the faucet seemed too big for that small sink. On our last night there the light above the toilet started strobing off and on occasionally but was working fine when we got up the next morning. The toilet area also didn’t have an exhaust fan so it could get a little odorous in the room at times

The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Everything seemed to be clean. This hotel was in close proximity to the baseball stadium so that was a bonus.

I felt like they’re needed to to be more signage distinguishing between the two hotels that apparently are in relatively the same building. It was very confusing. You have to figure that if you are traveling chances are you’ve never been there before and you’re following maps, as soon as you turn into the parking lot, you would assume that you’re at the hotel however it was marked for a different hotel so it caused some confusion once inside we were directed to a different check-in desk. It all worked out, but we weren’t the only people who were confused.

This hotel met all expectations! It was very clean and up to date. The room was extremely spacious for our family of 5 and the separate bathroom/shower was helpful! I booked the room online on our way home to TX from NY for 1 overnight stay. My entire family loved the room and wished we would've been able to stay longer.

No complaints. My only suggestion is to maybe leave more than 3 towels in the larger rooms. We had to ask for more towels that had to be delivered which was no problem, we just had to wait to shower.

Petra at the front desk was amazing. She went above and beyond to make our stay hassle-free. She was cheerful, helpful and a gave a fabulous first impression of the property. Lamesia at breakfast was equally amazing. She too went above and beyond, observing that I exited the buffet queue and asking me if there was something I needed. In fact, I had exited because the person in front of me took the last of the item I was waiting for. I decided to just forego it because the final breakfast call had already been made. Lamesia came to my table, asked what I had been looking for, made an extra and brought it out to me before she closed the buffet. Totally unexpected. She was observant and bent over backwards to provide excellent customer service.

Nice over night stay walkable to bourbon row and easy access to interstate. Has a pull out couch, nice for third guest. Bathroom was a weird set up, in two rooms, but had two sinks so that was nice for our little 3 person group.

Got down to breakfast at 9:40. They had everything cleaned up already. Front desk at check in said breakfast was til 10. Guy cleaning said it was done at 9:30 on Fridays, but not the other day of the week, just Fridays, a little weird... There are a bit of homeless people in the area. Was not an issue on the property, but walking at night can be a little sketchy.

The breakfast was better than any normal breakfasts served anywhere. It was fresh, hot and delicious. Beds were comfy. Location was outstanding. We were able to walk around to sightsee. It was in the center of everything you want to see. We appreciate that the Hotel gives their guests two free alcohol drinks and appetizers in the evenings during your stay. I appreciated that nobody could just walk into the building without a room key. It felt safer that way, especially at night. I would definitely come back to Nashville and stay at this same location.

The A/C wasn’t working very well in our room. It never got cold like I like it. It was a little warmer than I’m comfortable with. I like to set it at 69 at night to sleep. The thermostat stayed at 72 the whole time. My husband was comfortable, but also said it could’ve been cooler. We never told anyone, so we can overlook that negative incident. Still enjoyed our stay and would return.

We had a very short stay but the hotel was clean, bed was comfortable. We had enough room for 5 of us. The breakfast staff was so sweet and friendly. We had all the accommodations like extra bed linens there in the room. The kids enjoyed the pool. Location is pretty convenient to places we visited.

The only thing I didn’t like bit was out of anyone’s control was how loud the traffic was at night- loud motorcycles, sirens, etc.

Parking was easy, staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy! I felt very safe there traveling alone. Front desk went above and beyond. Parking garage was very close to the property and easy to navigate. It was also much cheaper to park there than other hotels that I looked into. Easy walk to Kentucky Conference Center. Gas station right next door if you need snacks or any supplies. I loved this place! Would highly recommend if you are traveling for a conference downtown at the KICC. Bed was super comfy. Great view from the 9th floor.

Dim lighting in the bathroom and one of the elevators was broken on the first night but the elevator was fixed on day two so no major deal. These things happen. I made due with my dim lighting- was not a game changer.

Great location, very walkable to everything downtown including restaurants and other attractions. Clean and in good condition.

Breakfast was often out of food and was not as good as other Spring Hill suites I have stayed at. A few times we called the front desk and no one answered. The biggest frustration was that I had called ahead of time to use the breakfast area for our group to have a take out dinner and was told that was no problem and to check in with the front counter when I got there. When I went to check with the front desk when I arrived they told me it would be a $150 fee and I couldn’t use the space. Our same group but larger had done this same thing 2 weeks previously in Idaho without issue.

The room was large and spacious. The bed was super nice. Very clean and well maintained. Had a broken ceiling light in the bathroom that I pointed out to the lobby staff and was fixed within an hour. As a smoker, it was nice to have a dedicated smoking area with chairs to relax at.

The entrance to the hotel is inside the parking garage, so it's not the prettiest entrance. There were no options for gluten-free at breakfast, so I would go out for breakfast both days.
