I liked the big window in room.

What I didn’t like was the staff in the night. I went down to order food I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour to get my food the staff gave my food to a wrong person they didn’t even tell me sorry about it or accommodate. I understand sometimes that happens or when it’s super full. But only two people ordered food it was very slow for something like This to happen. Was very disappointed about that’s. Also I didn’t like how they don’t even clean your facility when you stay there. Usually at any place I stay they ask if they can clean the rooms.

Great atmosphere, price and location. Right in the middle of anything you would want to enjoy about Louisville. It also has everything you need if you want to be social and not leave the hotel. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. While we were there, a massive storm passed through and they were all super on top of taking care of everything. Delicious food from Zombie Taco and perfect for a getaway.

It is a very minimalist hotel. The only thing that would have been nice especially after bar hopping would be to have a mini-fridge in the room. This is not a knock on the hotel and only a personal preference.

The bar downstairs was great, the overall drinks menu, taste and service! Location is exactly where you need to be to enjoy the buzz downtown & the property is overall very clean.

We found it very strange that there was no fridge in the room and no tea/coffee facilities or water (only a small plastic cup each for 4 days), no ice machines, laundry facilities & needing to request for house keeping service, even when staying for 4 nights. This may be suitable for an airport hotel but not for a newer property in downtown.

Great Location close to everything. Rainfall showerhead was a nice perk! I got 2 drink coins for a raspberry lemonade that encouraged you to check out the bar and food offerings (Zombie Taco).

I would have preferred a way to make coffee in my room to avoid getting dressed. Complimentary coffee is available at 6am in the lobby, so I ended up going for a walk around town once I got a cup. The outdoor area on the 2nd floor looked cool, but shut off- maybe it's only open seasonally in summer.

Great location and new-ish hotel. I loved the young vibe and the bar + taco shop downstairs were very good! You also get a free drink at the bar just for checking in. The bartender was knowledgeable and made me a fantastic old fashioned. The room was very clean.

The room was very small. It would have been small for one person, so definitely too small for two people. If you have two suitcases, they won't fit properly in the room. While the bed was very comfortable, it takes almost the entire size of the room, so there's not much space to move.

Zombie Tacos were probably the best food we ate all weekend. We loved the property location close to the heart of Louisville and such an easy walk to lots of food and attractions. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking.

Parking garage is about a block away. Checking in at the bar was a little strange. The rooms are small but super-efficient and clean. It was a super fun stay and we will definitely stay here again.

At first I was a little confused about where the check in was and how the bar was set up, but it ended up being my most favorite part of the trip. It forced me to wind down after a long day of work. The coffee was great, too. It would be nice to provide muffins or croissants or something for breakfast. There aren't many breakfast places around, and it was tough to figure out where to grab a bite to eat. Or maybe a breakfast burrito for purchase?

The employees were nice. The hotel was clean. We booked a room and once we got in there it was really small so we went down to see if we could get an upgrade and they gave it to us on the house.

Didn’t like there was only one trash can in the rooms. There was a lamp that looked broken but apparently it’s supposed to look like that with the wires hanging out.

The hotel is in a great location--I even had a view of the Ohio river from my room, which was lovely. I also like the style, decor, and cleanliness of the hotel and my room. It felt more personal and cozy than a typical hotel room. Zombie Taco downstairs had some really great food.

"Parking" was listed as an amenity for this hotel; however, the hotel does not offer parking. I had to pay for public parking and find parking independently, which took some navigating and added to the cost of my stay.
