The location is great. We were able to walk to a few places during our stay. We opted for street parking, which was convenient since we stayed Saturday to Monday, so we didn't need to pay for parking. There are many parking meters around the hotel, so it wasn't hard to find one even if we had to walk a block back to the hotel. The rooms are a little small, but still comfortable. Overall, it is very clean and well maintained. The bar downstairs was nice and the staff were friendly. We would definitely stay again if we are ever back in Louisville.

It is a very minimalist hotel. The only thing that would have been nice especially after bar hopping would be to have a mini-fridge in the room. This is not a knock on the hotel and only a personal preference.

I liked the big window in room.

What I didn’t like was the staff in the night. I went down to order food I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour to get my food the staff gave my food to a wrong person they didn’t even tell me sorry about it or accommodate. I understand sometimes that happens or when it’s super full. But only two people ordered food it was very slow for something like This to happen. Was very disappointed about that’s. Also I didn’t like how they don’t even clean your facility when you stay there. Usually at any place I stay they ask if they can clean the rooms.

Great location; walkable to most attractions. Lots of food options nearby. And a taco place right downstairs for when you don’t want to leave the hotel. Room was compact but had everything I needed. Very cool vibes.

As a solo traveler, I thought the rooms were fine. Having the shower and sink in the room didn’t make a difference. I had no need for a microwave, coffee maker. But I can see how some people might not like those arrangements.

The bar downstairs was great, the overall drinks menu, taste and service! Location is exactly where you need to be to enjoy the buzz downtown & the property is overall very clean.

We found it very strange that there was no fridge in the room and no tea/coffee facilities or water (only a small plastic cup each for 4 days), no ice machines, laundry facilities & needing to request for house keeping service, even when staying for 4 nights. This may be suitable for an airport hotel but not for a newer property in downtown.

The downtown location was perfect base for our 4 day bourbon trail trip. There was plenty of street parking available and we visited the Zombie Taco location in the hotel almost every day! We also enjoyed the incredible view of downtown and the Ohio River. Such a fun hotel chain!

Bathroom needed hooks for towels, another trash can in the main room, and the handle for the inside of the bathroom door was broken.

Great Location close to everything. Rainfall showerhead was a nice perk! I got 2 drink coins for a raspberry lemonade that encouraged you to check out the bar and food offerings (Zombie Taco).

I would have preferred a way to make coffee in my room to avoid getting dressed. Complimentary coffee is available at 6am in the lobby, so I ended up going for a walk around town once I got a cup. The outdoor area on the 2nd floor looked cool, but shut off- maybe it's only open seasonally in summer.

Zombie Tacos were probably the best food we ate all weekend. We loved the property location close to the heart of Louisville and such an easy walk to lots of food and attractions. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking.

Parking garage is about a block away. Checking in at the bar was a little strange. The rooms are small but super-efficient and clean. It was a super fun stay and we will definitely stay here again.

Great location and new-ish hotel. I loved the young vibe and the bar + taco shop downstairs were very good! You also get a free drink at the bar just for checking in. The bartender was knowledgeable and made me a fantastic old fashioned. The room was very clean.

The room was very small. It would have been small for one person, so definitely too small for two people. If you have two suitcases, they won't fit properly in the room. While the bed was very comfortable, it takes almost the entire size of the room, so there's not much space to move.
