The breakfast was outstanding and it was nice having a bar in the lobby. The room had a small kitchen and living area which would have been nice if staying longer. Free parking. The work out room had plenty of machines and weights and space to stretch. The elevators were fast.

The bed was too soft and didn't support our backs. The bathroom needed more hooks for towels and space for toiletries. Generally things were clean but all the doors had hand and finger prints on them and mirrors were not thoroughly cleaned. Crumbs and dirty clothes on table outside elevators and dirty floor and gum on machines in workout room.

I would just like to move in for a while. The facilities were lovely, the staff was cheerful and helpful even at 1:30 a.m. when we checked in, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, the shower was lovely and the towels were large, thick, and fluffy, the room layout was excellent, it was quiet and peaceful, the breakfast was one of the best I have had at any hotel and I've stayed at countless hotels for years across the United States. I can't believe the value for the cost. Such a fabulous hotel!

The toilet paper holder was slightly imperfect. I had to think hard to find something I didn't like, lol!

The property feels new and fresh. The staff was very friendly and seemed to care about their quality of service. There was ample free parking and access to the hotel was easy and convenient. The room was well appointed with comfortable mattresses, a useful sofa, handy refrigerator, and a very effective blackout curtain on the window.

Although the room was comfortable overall, I do have two small complaints. First, there was only one type of pillow on the bed - the type that is very soft and not very supportive. I like when hotels use two types of pillows (firm and soft) so the guest can decide which to use. Second, the water pressure in the shower was very high. It was borderline uncomfortable and there did not appear to be a way to adjust either the pressure or the type of spray pattern. Usually, I like a lot of water pressure but this was just too much.

The breakfast bar was delicious and fresh. Freshly made pancakes along with scrambled eggs and sausage links. One of the workers said they change the menu slightly day to day so that's nice. One of the best breakfast bars I've had at a hotel. Checkout was at 12 which is amazing because I hate waking up early for Checkout. There's a workout room and a pool. The lobby had plenty of room for guests to hangout. My room was so spacious with a sitting area, a kitchenette stocked with basic dishes and a good side island for any cooking or if you need to use it as a desk area.

We were travelling with our senior doggie and this hotel is pet friendly! Loved our room, it had a living area, a nice kitchen and a very comfortable bed! The property also has a nice bar with appetizers available. They serve a hot breakfast every morning.

The only complaint I have (if you can even call it that) was that they didn't offer made-to-order omelets every day. They offer them on a rotating basis. Some mornings, they do custom pancakes or waffles and other mornings, they do omelets.

The staff were amazing. The kitchen workers!! The breakfast was fantastic. The lady cleaning and stocking the breakfast area was so clean and organized! I loved it. The weekend, cook that made omelets and pancakes was the sweetest and so caring in her work. I loved the breakfast, best complimentary hotel breakfast ever! A general cleaning guy or helper around the hotel was super polite everyone we passed. So good at their jobs! Front desk staff were all really kind! The building and room were very good. I would always like cleaner tons but these were good for a hotel. Check the fridge and behind bathroom doors, and under couch cushions. If say you can always use more cleaning staff so they aren't stretched too thin.

The lobby smells like fried food because of the kitchen. You need a vent hood that runs all the time in the kitchen. It's not a good smell on first arrival and I don't want to smell like food when I leave. Sadly some other customers were using marijuana in the hotel and in the middle of the night the hallway reeked of it and even my room started to smell, too. They were also fighting loudly. Sadly the police wouldn't come. The staff did their best but I'm wondering how in the world the smoke alarm didn't go off. That didn't make me feel safe.

Large room good location in a good neighborhood. Great free breakfast.

I realize that it is an extended stay hotel, but you should’not have to ask for toilet paper and adequate towels. That said, I would likely re-boolk this property in the future.

The room was clean, and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, and they even had freshly cut up potatoes! I liked the way the room was set up in the suite so I could watch TV in both rooms. Parking was easy and lit up!

There was really not anything that I did not like about this place. This is my third time to stay there and will keep coming back to this hotel when I am in the area.

This is a new hotel. Loved that it had a king bed and bathroom on one side of the room and a sitting area with a sofa, kitchen, stove top, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and table area for sitting and eating. The tv was huge! It swiveled so you could watch from the sofa or turn it and watch it while in bed. Breakfast was great! Bacon, eggs, toast, you could have an omelet made. There was a bar in the hotel on the first floor and you could also order food- hamburger, pizza, etc.

No dislikes.

Craig and Kim (bar/food) were fantastic. We spent a lot of time in the bar area - more than planned because they brought such a fun and inviting atmosphere to sitting and having a drink - and snack!!! They were definitely the highlight of our stay!! Probably the best service I have had in a long time. They were just nice people we were very happy to have met!!! And it appeared that those that were there felt the same as we did!!! Love the breakfast as well!!! Awesome selection and great hours!!! I love staying at this hotel because it is in a great location, well kept and not that I have one but is pet friendly!!! Great amenities...I will stay here every time I am in Louisville to visit my daughter!!!!

Can't say there was anything bad....
