Pleasant, comfortable and clean place, cheap, with very considerate staff and good breakfast! The room was exactly what we were expecting and what we had seen on the pictures. We were 5 adults and there a lot of space for everyone, we all had our space and we felt comfortable. The room was clean and we had everything we need. The sofa bed was quite big and comfy, meaning that an adult could really sleep on it. We arrived very late in the night (2:30 am) but the receptionist welcomed and treated us very well despite the late hours, she was very nice. The breakfast was very good too, it had a little bit of everything: boiled and scrambled eggs, bacon, porridge, toasts, muffins, different type of cereals and juices, fruit, milk&coffee, toppings (nuts, chocolate chips, granola, dried fruit)... And something I appreciated above anything else was the fact that they had GLUTEN FREE options for celiac people, such us muffins and bagels (I am celiac, so I know what I am talking about, it is very rare to find these products). Also, the lady that was working during the breakfast was very kind and helpful, she offered us more food when we asked and made sure that we had everything we needed. We did not use it, but having a 24h gym and a pool open for many hours is another thing to consider. The city center was 15min away, which is a very short distance. The place was easy to find and get into. We were a group of 10 people, we booked two suites and the experience was very satisfactory. The price we paid was not very high, and totally worth it. Pleasant, comfortable and clean place, with very considerate staff, cheap and good breakfast!

It is not really a bad thing and it was a Friday, (maybe they have different hours during the weekend) but, we would have preferred to have more time to have our breakfast, it was open between 6 and 9 am.

The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of variety and I loved the options for yogurt/oatmeal.

The indoor pool was smaller than expected and they limit it to five people at a time, which is a very low amount for the size of the facility. They also post a sign stating if you exceed the amount they will issue a $100 fine.

Clean, well maintained. Room was spacious. Free breakfast had a lot of options.

Had some difficulty checking in as doors were locked and front desk attendant was away from the desk. There was a small child yelling and crying loudly in the hallway outside our room for several hours in the middle of the night.

This hotel is great! It's in a good location outside of downtown if you like things a little quieter, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's close to the interstate. The breakfast was our favorite part. Everything was clean, the staff friendly.

I had booked a room that was handicap accessible because my husband has terrible knees. When we got to our room, we found that we did not receive a handicap accessible room. I called the front desk who apologized but said no handicap rooms were available. They stated they would contact management the next morning and get back to us, however, no one contacted us. While we did end up staying, management should follow through and contact individuals who have issues with bookings.

No chest of drawers to unpack. Air was hard to regulate.

The pool was very cold and ran out of towels quickly. The breakfast was good, when there was some. They were very busy and kept running out of things.

Staff were super nice, very close to the airport, the room was nice, and just an overall great experience.

The young gentleman who checked us in to the hotel was very polite and helpful. Was very impressed that after about an hour rang to make sure our room was ok.

The carpet and some minor cleaning needs to be looked at. The pillows need to be changed,very squishy and old.

Our stay was wonderful it was beautiful breakfast was delicious and the pool was great, the hot chocolate bar and snacks were a nice Suprise, and the staff were so helpful

we were charged a deposit per day because we used our debit card that being said we checked in on Dec16th 2022 and it is now Dec 27th 2022 and it has not been returned to our account
