The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, and water pressure excellent! Breakfast wasn't loaded with variety but had enough hot and cold options and daily selection of protein to be satisfying and better than other hotels at this price point. The coffee pots were full all day long. Numerous restaurants were available only minutes away, as was the highway. The covered entrance way did allow for easy ins and outs regardless of weather.

I was travelling with my mother (85) who alternates between using a walker or wheelchair. He bathroom did not have a walk-in shower but did have a bench to sit on - this could be an issue for those with similar mobility challenges. The handicapped parking spaces were far from the door and did not have curb cuts (the covered entrance made it possible to load in and out safely).

Bathroom sink very poor hot water volume in sink! Shower was excellent? When checking out could not get a receipt-bill fir the stay. Told me Booking would email me the bill-receipt. Nothing recd as of now 4/22?? All other hotels on 8 day trip printed bill and recept with no issues?

The room was very clean and organized. It was a great location too. The room exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again. It offered everything we needed for our stay.

The price was a little higher than I wanted to pay, but it was ok because the room was excellent.

The hospitality of staff is exceptional! There are several staff members that go out of their way to make my stay a great experience. The rooms are clean. The wifi is great. It's in a convenient part of Louisville. I definitely feel accepted and safe at Holiday Inn Express on Chamberlain! I highly recommend this!

We were in town for the Louder Than Life festival this passed weekend and we had a wonderful stay at this location - the manager and staff were friendly and put up well with my group that went along. The breakfast here was by far the best I've had at any hotel in my life - the turkey sausage patties were amazing, chobani yogurt, big blueberry bagels. So many options. The venue was at the expo, so it was about a 20 minute/half-hour drive.

The pool was absolutely freezing! And it was closed during the time of the festival (I understand probably due to covid regulations)

The hotel was modern and clean. The staff that I spoke with were all very nice. I was very impressed with the breakfast. I have dietary restrictions and the breakfast had egg white and veggie omelettes and turkey sausages which was thoroughly impressive. I had several friends staying at the same hotel and they all thought the breakfast was outstanding. The bed was comfortable and the room was well appointed. I will definitely stay here again.

My room was very close to the pool and it was notably more humid than my friends' rooms. It made things all a little damp and if I brought in anything wet, it stayed that way.

The staff were friendly and constantly asking if we needed anything. Room was clean and King bed was so comfortable. Nice selection for breakfast. We stay here often when we travel to Louisville.

The hotel was full and I was late to breakfast they still put out fresh sausage and eggs. I was worried we would not have food. Thank you.

Was concerned that the handicap room on the 2nd floor was going to be to far of a walk for my husband.He was able to manage. More handicap rooms on the 1st floor would be a suggestion.

The mattress and pillows were great.I also love the late checkout for 25$. One of the staff members likes to argue with the customer and tried to get me to write my credit card number on a piece of paper because the computer was down.when I refused to do that for obvious safety reasons she wouldn’t give me the room key. She has green hair I don’t remember her name. Meghan the manager was excellent though.

The computer was not working at check in. The coffee was terrible. The milk was spoiled.

I didn’t eat breakfast or use the internet. The room was nice and the staff was good.

I did not get a receipt at checkout and still have not got it. Maids did not make the bed or clean the room between day one and day two.
