I liked everything about this Quality Inn & Suites, the hotel interior and exterior is clean. The rooms are clean, the bed is very comfortable and the hot water was awesome. The pool was nice, and breakfast was great.

Sunday morning, breakfast kind of went south, arrived at the breakfast area around 8:15, and no gravy, only two biscuits, no bread for toast, and the waffle marker you couldn't use because the waffles would stick even after being sprayed. The young girl at the front desk was taking care of the breakfast area also, but she was to busy with her cell phone to even check to see what was needed, other guest was come to have breakfast, only to turn around and leave.

The staff was friendly; the hotel was clean inside and out, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the pillows was awesome, the breakfast was good (could use some eggs and sausage) but it was a good breakfast. I liked the indoor pool also. The elevator was broken but it didn't bother me at all, I did see a few reviews of people complaining about the elevator being broken, all I can say to those people, get over it, and don't be so lazy!!!

This is an older property, so if scuffed baseboards or a bit of chipped paint here or there bother you, it's probably not for you. Having said that, it's obvious the management is making a genuine effort to maintain and upgrade the property. Our room was spotless, had all the amenities one would expect and was well lit (something lacking in a lot of properties these days). Breakfast options were average but certainly on a par or above many of the places I've stayed in recent years.

Quality Inn was a good value for what we needed. We only needed to be close to Louisville for 2 nights. The hotel was easily located and our room was clean, fresh, and had enough towels for us for two nights without having to ask for more. Breakfast was waffles, toast, or cereal due to the health department not allowing them to cook, but there was a waffle house and a cracker barrel nearby. The area seemed pretty safe.

What was there not to like. The service at the desk was so friendly helpful and so nice. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, just an all and all awesome stay!!

Only down to our stay they don’t serve hot breakfast. That’s the only down. If they ever start serving a good hot breakfast then I would give them a full 100%!!!!

The sheets were wonderful! You could tell the room was a bit older but well maintained. The front desk was very polite and informed us of the continental breakfast. There was a large information screen in the lobby that was pretty cool. The price was excellent.

There was a lingering odor of old cigarette smoke. I think it was coming from the carpet. It's not too bad, but noticeable.

No one monitors the people in and out there were a few people talking about inviting friends over the next thing you know there's 20 people in the pool mostly unsupervised kids that were not staying there getting so out of control the guest were pushed out and most of them stayed in the room with there freind so you had the same problem with breakfast and they were all locals taking advantage of free food and pool we went to get breakfast on 2 days and nothing was left they ate at the tables outside when finished they left all of their garbage on the tables and left

Super friendly staff, I felt safe traveling alone, impeccably clean room, liked the room layout as well. GREAT value and will definitely be staying again. I also really appreciated not having stiff, starchy sheets. Only improvement could be to the breakfast for some protein options.

The lobby was beautiful and the front desk was very efficient

The room was older shabby as the hallway. My window was unlocked and a jar so anybody could have been in the room waiting for me.. it's an older hotel in need of updating

Staff always super nice, everytime I have stayed at this Quality Inn &Suites it always at awesome stay.

Breakfast needs some eggs and sausage 😋
