Great location, easy to get to down town. very clean, loved the tech notch up compared to the previous Hilton we've stayed - the bathroom Bluetooth for my favorite sounds while u shower was a plus for me and my wife. the Cafe down stairs with food to order instead venturing around the block especially if you're keep to tired when you arrive. keep it up. love the ambience and art work in the lobby ceiling. well be staying at this Hilton again soon.

the parking ramp walk not connected from ramp into the hotel. you have to walk (could use some shade when it rains) out of the ramp around and back to the hotel lobby to go back to room. Hopefully there's a way to engineer some sort of direct walk access from the ramp to the lobby. that will be a great complement to this fancy new Hilton. other than that. very nice hotel.

We were able to walk to all of our activities and also able to find food later in the evening on a weekend that could accommodate both a vegan and a gluten free person. There were sparkling water fountains, the beds were really comfortable, and the rooms were clean. We also couldn't hear between rooms, which was nice.

The parking garage is definitely still in development as the system seemed to be broken/rely on the front desk to have a pass. We did have to buy coffee at the cafe in the lobby but it wasn't all that expensive.

Amazing location - Nulu is a fantastic area, there are parts of it still being re-generated but the location directly across the street from the Rabbit Hole distillery and a short walk to several food locations (and the baseball ground) was perfect. The roof top bar / restaurant was phenomenal. The gym was great too.

Staff are still learning the ropes but were very friendly and helpful, it's very forgivable as they'd only just opened!

The staff was friendly and helpful. When you enter this hotel, you can't help but notice how clean, well lit, asethically pleasing, and how good it smells. Safety - room card/key must be used on elevator. Quiet location and minutes away from everything. I would definitely stay here again. Parking - pay fee for garage parking or free for on the street parking.

The design of the hotel was awesome. The design was unique and modern. The room felt well-organized and spacious. It felt like a nice treat even for just one night.

My view of the inside of the garage was a bit disappointing. However, the value for the nice hotel room made up for it. Will stay here again!

EVERYTHING. I was newly built so everything was top tier. Loved they had a stem iron vs regular iron. Had the BEST room mirror and lighting was great. Loved the beds had lights and outlets. Great location in walking distance of several distilleries (one right across the street) and restaurants.

food area not 24/7 or at least open late.

Very modern and close to everything. Nice restaurant on the rooftop with beautiful views. It was perfect for a night cap after checking out Louisville.

The ice machine was down on our floor but the front desk was able to get us ice still.

The rooms were clean, the staff was wonderful, and it was comfortable. Claire was the best she made sure we had what we needed at all times. The other staff members were wonderful also.

I didn’t like the fact that they don’t have microwaves in the rooms. Other than that it was a great stay.

Very clean, technology in the room is a complement. especially the blue tooth connectivity in the bathroom...

Parking ramp does not connect you straight to the hotel lobby. Adding lobby access right from the ramp would be a great addition to the experience.

It was extremely clean and quiet. The staff was professional and very accommodating.

There is construction around the property and the entrance was not well marked.
