Lovely friendly helpful staff. Excellent wide variety of breakfast options (incl for those with dietary requirements). Complimentary bottled water. Pool is small yet nice and comfortable: great if you're just wanting the wade around. Gym is basic hotel gym, however equipment is well-maintained. Rooms are in excellent condition. Great to have your own kitchen, spacious bathroom and shower, bed was comfortable. Downtown/Conference center is around 10-minute walk without feeling uncomfortable walking there at night. (Didn't notice any dodgy people)

Location, pretty close to downtown, very walkable and transit nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and made good suggestions for food and activities.

I asked for a quiet spot and the woman at the desk did try to accommodate me. However, my neighbor above me was up all night except for a few hours, stomping around and keeping me awake. Not really the fault of the hotel, however, and they were not there the second night. Sorry the bar was closed, as well.

Very comfortable 4 night stay. Seems the hotel was recently renovated which was nice. The King Suite was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked. Facilities were clean. Hot breakfast was decent, nothing to really complain about. Would stay here again. Location is about 10-15 minute walk to central downtown but for the price paid in comparison to the ones in central downtown. I would recommend this hotel!

The breakfast exceeded expectations. There was an interesting variety of options to choose from and the hot choices changed each morning. Fantastic location.

The hotel advertised EV charging (one of the reason I chose this property). However, upon arrival, both charger parking spaces were occupied by non-electric vehicles. When I brought this to the attention of the desk clerk, I was told that I could charge in the nearby municipal parking garage. Hotel management needs to enforce the EV-only parking policy that was clearly marked

The inside was extremely nice. I really liked the security of the place. You could only go to the rooms or come inside the hotel if you had a key card. Definitely an appreciated safety feature. The breakfast was good for being a hotel complementary breakfast. The selection exceeded my expectations. Also really liked the room. Having a kitchen complete with dishes, sink and fridge was a very nice touch. The bathroom was very nice and spacious.

The only thing that was upsetting was the pool being closed. Not sure why it was, but there was a sign stating it was closed until further notice. That was one thing the wife and I were looking forward to. But not a worrisome issue.

Everything. The room was large, clean, comfortable and even a bit upscale. Breakfast was great and WIFI worked well. In our king room we were provided with 3 sets of fluffy towels, always a nice extra. Staff were very responsive. There was a boys baseball team staying there when we were there and they put us in a room away from the group. Breakfast was also great. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great

I came with my daughter to visit the Kentucky Children's Museum. This hotel is an 8 minute walk to the Museum, which is great and allowed us to take in the sights while walking! The hotel decor, layout, and cleanliness is one of the best I've stayed in, and I've been to hundreds of hotels across the country. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast exceeded my expectations and had everything I could think of! The room was perfect for me and my daughter. The only downside is having to park in the parking garage and paying $20 for a day, and then having to walk 100-200 yards to the hotel. But that is literally the only negative from my whole experience here. I will absolutely recommend this place to others and will be returning here next time we are in Louisville! For $120 for a night, this was TOTALLY worth it! I'm so pleased with everything.

Nice facilities inside -- very clean. Friendly, helpful staff (although we didn't need much). Fantastic bar area with super friendly bartender.

Location was our only real complaint, as it's VERY close to the jail/justice center, and it's far away from our favorite eateries. We didn't love the parking situation (however, for a downtown area, I've dealt with far worse). The parking price is too high for something that isn't accessible via covered walkway. Breakfast was just okay -- decent array of options as long as you're not trying to be gluten-free. Coffee is oddly located (away from eating area) and underwhelming.

Property was Very clean & Very nice! We had small full kitchen In our room with 2 queen beds. Staff were very friendly and Nice. The pool area was very nice & clean. They had a great breakfast in the morning as well! They had a great workout room! Overall it was a great stay!

The pool was a little cold and the Parking garage situation was unexpected. Not too many Chanel’s on the tv to choose from.

Location was perfect for our needs. Hotel was clean and quiet.

It’s not the hotel ‘s fault but the people across the hall cooked fish on Wednesday evening and the smell permeated the hallway and even found its way to our room. After their departure the staff cleaned and aired out the room.
