Breakfast was decent. Room was very clean and comfy, the lighting was not that great, room seemed very dark but it wasn't something that interfered with our stay. Bed was comfy and pillows were comfy. We were able to have our dog with us which was nice. It was just very relaxing, and the husband and I were happy to have a nice clean place to stay and not have to worry about other stuff

The pool was closed. Having to pay pet fee each night. Also being charged a "deposit" on top of our reg room rate.

Clean and well maintained over all it was worth the price..

The breakfast food was terrible the person in charge was lackluster, now for me I was there for a volleyball tournament there wasn’t a lot around to eat or hangout and plus I had kids it offers a resturuant and bar service but neither was open and they really didn’t have a excuse, I know to some that won’t matter but when you are booking for connivence because of the reason for travel you expect it to be what they say

The staff was so helpful even before our visit. I had some boxes shipped before hand & called to arrange & called to ensure they arrived. They were more than helpful. Then when our flight was delayed for over 24 hrs we called to let them know. They saved our room & wished us safe travels. When we finally arrived at 3am they welcomed us by name, had our shipped boxes ready & wished us a good nights rest & were so happy for us that our not so smooth travel was over. The room & facility was very clean and welcoming. It was also in a great location for us to attend the Kentucky Derby and see some local attractions.

Closeness to why I was in KY. The lobby was very welcoming. The breakfast was simple and had all of the staples to a good start of the day. Good coffee. I would definitely use the location in the future.

Not really anything I can complain about. I was there for a business purpose, son there wasn't much time for me to take advantage of the pool or workout area. Will try to check those out next time. Enjoyed my time, in my room.

Everything was good and the hotel was very clean. I love my room. It was clean very comfortable. It had a wireless charging pad on the clock that charge my phone up wonderful. My bathroom was lovely. It had dove products in the bathroom

The breakfast wasn’t all that good. The water pressure in my shower, i was not strong enough.

It was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Parking was a little bit of a challenge. The spots fill up quickly so if you get back to the hotel at a late hour you may have to park in the back of building.

The staff was super friendly especially when I set off the fire alarms on accident while cooking food. The bed was great and the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs

The breakfast was subpar.

We have a friend weekend there about 4 times a year. We usually sit outside to enjoy the weather. Our only complaint is that the fire pit has not worked on of ours stays. If you are not going to fix it then remove it. Thanks

It was very clean the staff was wonderful

Our room card deactivated daily, and we had to go to the front desk to reactivate it and it wasn’t a problem, but it was a problem for me when I’m trying to get into the room and can’t then I have to walked back down to the front desk to activate it, bed was kinda hard

The staff was helpful. They had good selections for breakfast. Enjoyed that they had automated coffee and cold water dispensers available all day. Quality hotel fitness room. Great location off Gene Snyder near Middletown, SpringHurst, and Summit areas.

Could use additional outlets for devices. No instructions on how the TV / media platform worked.
