From the desk, Kathleen, was my best fri3nd during my stay! Her hospitality was tremendous! Honestly, she needs a raise! She is phenomenal! She greets eith a smile, is outgoing, I felt like I came home to "grandma's" after being away for years! She is a blessing! Jesse at breakfast! Man, oh man! You have a crew! She was pleasant and fun! Never in any stay have someone came to serve me and clean my mess while we sat and chatted with members of our group. I felt treasured! Like I was royalty! I certainly will recommend LaGrange HolidayInn! I travel a lot for work and archery tournaments, ya'll have even the high dollar hotels beat!. Diamond in the middle of KY!

The coffee creamer. That's really all I can say, and that is personal preference. I prefer caramel. Otherwise, yall were great!

Where to begin. The staff was so very friendly and accommodating. We were greeted when we arrived, adjustments were made to put our rooms on the same floor and the rooms were very large and comfortable. The hotel was nicely appointed. Breakfast was the best we have ever experienced at any hotel offering a complimentary breakfast. Hats off to Heather at the front desk, Jesse who managed the breakfast and Michelle who cleaned our room after we left. Michelle discovered my husband had forgotten his iPad. Heather called us on the road to let us know and we were able to return to the property and retrieve it. 5 stars all around!

Pretty much everything was good. Staff were very friendly, especially Kathleen at the front desk when we arrived. Breakfast was excellent and staff was friendly there, too.

There was a problem with the fire alarm the first night and it went off twice so we had to go down to the lobby in the middle of the night while they figured out the problem. There was no fire, but there was some problem with the sprinkler system in the pool area I think. Firefighters came and took care of it. We were very tired at our class the next day.

The facility overall is very nice. The breakfast is good. I had a much nicer room when I stayed last year but I would still stay here again.

The room could use some attention. Mold on the bathroom wall, broken light fixture. The maid service was subpar. We did not get a full towel restock, beds were untouched. When we checked in there was hair on the toilet seat.

The pool was very small and the water was cloudy. There was only two small thin towels out in the pool room and there were four of us swimming. The breakfast was just okay, but good for what it was. The staff was not unfriendly, but they sure were not overly friendly. I had to speak to them first before they said anything to me and that was the whole time I was there (3 days). I understand customer service and they never welcomed us when we walked in, they were always talking to other staff and only stopped if you walked up to the desk to ask something.

Manager Kathleen was very nice and helpful My only problem was that I paid on the booking .com and they confirmed and sent my receipt and then holiday in charged me again for the same night an additional charge of 188 for no reason not sure who I need to contact to rectify

Our room was very spacious. WE enjoyed making tea in our room and it even had a refrigerator and microwave! We had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, and had lots of variety. Everyone was so kind to us. We will come back for sure!

It's a great place. Clean and cozy.

I didn't have coffee the second day. I didn't plan ahead to give a lot of time at breakfast, I hoped to grab coffee on the go and it was out. Parking is an issue, tight places with the masses of trucks and many people parked in the grass, I didn't want to get out in the mud.

How polite and friendly all the staff was. The breakfast was great.

There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel.
