This property is highly-rated for a reason. It is was a very nice place to stay while visiting Louisville. It was on the outskirts of the city so it was in a very quiet, not overly busy area, which was nice. The property was very clean and our room was HUGE! I knew it would be bigger with having a kitchen in it but we were truly suprised by the amount of space. Two adults with two teenagers and we all had plenty of room to spread out, relax, get ready, or do whatever needed to be done without bothering anyone else. Our room was right around the corner from the elevator and we were worried about noise but we didn't have any problems. Our room was so quiet and we had a great experience.

I will say that we did lose Wi-Fi due to a storm so we couldn't watch TV or do some work due to it being down. It wasn't the fault of the hotel but was frustrating still. We also discovered ants in a corner of our room during our last night there. We believe it was probably due to the amount of rain and the hotel staff was quick to come in and resolve it, but it was a little icky. I would have had more of a problem had they been more widespread or been in there more time but again, it was just a few and the hotel staff solved it quickly.

I loved the room and having a suite. There was a kitchen in the room, so we got food from Publix next door which was very convenient. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The parking lot was safe to walk my dog. The lobby has a little mini mart in case you need something. The breakfast was really nice the next morning before check out. Everything was great!

Although everything was great, the only thing that I may have needed, which I didn't request, was my own fault, was more towels in the room. The front desk seemed a little busy and I was too tired to ask for the towels and wait for him to get them. We were ok with what we had.

The facility is still new so that was nice! Still had new building smell. Hotel has not had time to be run down yet! The layout of the room was my favorite part along with the comfort of the bed!! Felt like we were floating on a cloud. I did not expect all the space in the hotel.

Need a waffle maker for breakfast. I was craving a waffle all night and couldn’t wait to get up just to find NO waffle maker!!!! EVERY hotel should have 2 waffle makers and if not 2 definitely 1.

The complimentary breakfast was great with plenty of variety. Coffee was good for me. I felt safe in parking lot. Basketball court was a A++ for my granddaughters and me

Great hotel. The employees are fabulous. In this day and age it’s hard to find such nice people in the hotel business. Will return on my next trip to Louisville!

It was very clean. The staff were attentive and friendly. They offered complimentary hot breakfast. It was the perfect sized room for the same price of smaller rooms in the area that charged additional for parking and breakfast. Lastly, they allowed us to cancel up to a certain date if needed. The other hotel did not.

They had problems with the elevators.

Had booked probably one of their biggest rooms they had and it was great. Plenty of room, good views, relatively clean all around. Would recommend.

Only issues and they were very minor, 1 was the body soap dispenser had no soap, and the breakfast was kinda normal. Thought the breakfast could had been a little better but wasn't bad.

They are pet friendly, with Pugfest pet fees were waived. Rooms have everything you need

No ice machine that I found. But maybe I missed it. No ice in the freezer in the room. Might have been turned off.

A little pricey for me but still a beautiful hotel
