We stayed 5 nights for a meeting at the Kentucky International convention center. We commuted every day by car - 20-25 minutes each way. The included breakfast had enough variety to eat something different each day. I did not use the pool or gym room. But, the area is nice, felt safe, and a good area to walk and get your steps in. There are plenty of eateries around and a Kroger and even a Costco nearby. The inn met our needs and offered a safe, quiet, comfortable place to sleep every night. There is a nice TV with a variety of channels typical of a Marriott hotel.

The shower door is such that water would leak around it and drip on the floor. We informed management. Housekeeping gave us extra towels.

The staff was friendly and helpful (Tre, you rock!) The room was clean and updated. Shower and bathroom were very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable with a good quality mattress. The free breakfast buffet was very good! I really enjoyed the TV options as we were able to log into our Netflix account and watch movies at no extra charge.

Two small suggestions I would make: 1. Have better signage from the highway. Your hotel is tucked back in an area with several other hotels before you get to it. It was confusing to find. 2. Have many more handicapped parking places. 2 spaces is not nearly enough for a hotel of your size.

I stayed here because of the location. It is a good location with quick access to major roads as well as a target and walmart and stores. The room was very large and the bed was very comfortable which was a surprise as i dont gereraly sleep well in hotels.

Breakfast was decent not much better than that it is basic with lots of bread/carbs/grits and not many healthy options. The hotel was not very busy as it was during the christmas break, they did let us know that there would not be any cleaning services during the holiday which was fine. However they did say they would be back on the thursday and they were not... We didn't have where to eat because everything was closed so called down to reception to ask where we could go and they could not even recomend a place that was open.

The room was wonderful. It was smaller than most, but clean and cozy and very comfortable for a solo traveler. It also had breakfast available, but I slept in and didn't get to experience it, but read that it was good. The parking was free, which is always nice and right out front. There is A lot of stores and restaurants very close by. I liked the area and felt like it was very clean and nice. The staff was awesome!

I do wish that the breakfast was until 10:00 a.m. considering that check-out is at 12:00 noon. I left at 11:00 anyway, because I had to get back on the road. Luckily Starbucks is close by across the highway.

Everything was great. Location, breakfast, staff members, the room itself, and the hotel as a whole. Had we been staying longer than just a single night, we probably would’ve used the pool/gym area. We were both highly satisfied with our stay.

The only complaint we had was the bed. The mattress was a little too firm and the pillows we not very supportive. But again, that’s the only complaint we had, but we also run into this same issue at pretty much every hotel we stay at, so I’m not holding it against them.

I had a pleasant stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott. The staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was a highlight, with a good variety of options that were fresh and satisfying. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is tucked away behind a modern shopping area and is close to interstates links and high end shopping on the outskirts of Louisville. The city of Louisville is a short hop and drive. The hotel is quiet, modern, clean and very comfortable for a good night's sleep. Good pillows are hard to find! The staff were efficient and friendly and got me checked in quickly. There's plenty of uncovered parking right at the front door. The common area facilities were modern and conducive to hanging out and meeting friends. A really nice place at a good price point compared to others in the area.

Nothing. Unless maybe a bigger awning at the front door to drive under if it rains for unloading upon arrival.

Very happy with our stay. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly. After we left, we realized we were missing something. We called the hotel and the staff was super helpful with helping us find it! The hotel is also conveniently located in an area close to EVERYTHING! Very satisfied with our stay. Especially for the price!

Spacious room, clean and tidy, very good complimentary breakfast, peaceful stay with all needed amenities.

Having a restaurant/lunch/dinner options in the hotel would have been much convenient and would have aided the overall great experience

We got in really late after driving all day from Texas. We were exhausted and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind and friendly; it was really nice to encounter someone who genuinely seemed so pleasant and welcoming. Truly every single staff person we interacted with had great customer service, which is rare to find these days! The room was comfortable and the entire hotel was clean and very new looking. Breakfast was a really nice experience as well, lots of options and the man working at that time made sure everything stayed stocked up. Location of the hotel is great - within a couple minutes drive you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. We really enjoyed our stay.
