Upon check in I was greeted by the front desk young lady and she was very friendly. Once we got in the room it was nice and clean and fully stocked. I think the air conditioner could have worked a little better but it wasn't too bad. The next morning breakfast was wonderful and fresh. And the morning desk lady was very friendly. Once we return after the cold days at the softball field, the team got to swim and hang out for awhile, while the parents relaxed at the bar area. customer service here was great all around. Check out was a breeze. We would stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you for the hospitality.

nothing everything was great

Convenient location and complimentary breakfast. Room was clean. Availability. Price was decent also.

No elevator. Indoor Pool is out of service. Our shower head was leaking and spraying water out of the top which made the water pressure very low in the shower. 2nd floor hallway smelled strongly of marijuana due to guest next door. Paid $2.00 for customer dryer and it didn’t work after it took my money but the lady at the desk dried my son’s uniform for me in their hotel dryer.

This was our second visit in two years. Our son and his family live in Charlestown. We came for Graduations both years. All the people working there are friendly, helpful and seem to be happy.

We were disappointed that the pool was closed. Our Granddaughter was supposed to have her Birthday Swim Party there. I understand it was beyond your control but my granddaughter was disappointed.

The breakfast was delicious and hot. The pool and hot tub were very pleasant. I think the hot tub (and maybe also the swimming pool) was salt water, which is so much nicer than the ones with all the chemical fumes. Everyone on staff who we interacted with was kind and genuine. The hotel was in a quiet location, but only minutes from places to grab food.

The hot tub had some tiles randomly falling off and drifting around at the bottom of the tub. My daughter slipped and fell on the concrete floor (while just walking), because only the ramp section of the room had any sort of grip on it. Overall, the pool room could use a little work/updating, but it was still functional and clean.

Room was very clean! Both night staff when we checked in & morning staff when we checked out were very friendly & imformative. Lisa was great with the small issue we came across. (Not on hotel) would definitely stay there again.

The only thing that was negative was the pool was not open. It didn’t effect us, but I could see how that would upset some guests.

Quiet property

That at 8:00 am in the morning my son got yelled at for sitting at the “bar” while waiting for the waffle maker. I get that kids aren’t allowed at alcoholic establishments (which this wasn’t- it’s literally a countertop on the opposite side of the breakfast area) - but at 8:00 in the morning during the breakfast buffet- I don’t see the harm.

The Staff, The building everything about Cobble stone surpasses most Hotels. I stay here often. I often feel bad when my friends and I are going in and out to hang/grab things to take back when it’s late lol we try to be as courteous as possible!

There’s nothing I dislike about cobblestone. The workers are very kind, understanding and take care of all my needs when necessary.

It was quiet and clean. Breakfast was always good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and spa are a very good place to relax.

I reserved a king room or accessible. When we got there, there wasn't either available. There was a first floor room, with 2 queen beds we got. This wasn't what we wanted, but it was acceptable. There wasn't as much room for my husband, but he made it work. The biggest struggle was the shower. It's not very wide for a person that is using a shower chair and hard to shower. But even with those obstacles, we enjoyed our stay.

Clean, nice free breakfast with "real food." The gravy was some of best ever, real sausage gravy! Nice free coffee bar! Very comfy & cozy for a comparative Holiday Inn Express, but better food, coziness and food.

Very good. It was standard. They could provide Sugar-Free syrup for the waffles, though.
