We were on a whirlwind cross-country-and-back trip of the US, and this was our second-to-last stay. To tell you I was completely and pleasantly surprised when we checked in here is minimizing my response. The room was absolutely lovely, completely clean and perfectly accommodating of we three humans and our cat. In particular, we loved how the nightstand clock was very dim, which meant we didn't have to use a bathroom towel to cover it at night. The fridge kept all of our perishables cold and the water was nice and hot when we showered. Breakfast was the best we had at any hotel during our 8 day trip. The eggs in particular were quite tasty! The staff all went out of their way to inquire how we were and the man doing the work in the breakfast room was really quite pleasant. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I can't think of a single detriment, honestly.

the clerk at the reception desk (Caitlyn) was so friendly and wanted us to have a good experience at the hotel. Even though we arrived just 15 minutes before the end of "kick back hour" she made sure that we were able to have the meal and made the check-in process so easy. there were several families with children that did not supervise their children at the buffet table or when they were eating. This was distracting but certainly not the fault of the hotel staff. The meal was good and the happy hour choices were great. I always try to stay at a Drury hotel when I travel!

No complaints.

Facility was clean and updated. Rooms were spacious. Was surprised that they offered a free evening ‘snack’ that was actually a free dinner in addition to their breakfast. Completely worth the price for our two nights there! For those pet owners out there the facility is pet friendly…even the staff…and an area out back with bags and a trash can.

Our room was in the front of the building on the balcony looking over the main lobby and the dining area. The door to the room did not keep any of the noise out and we could hear guests in the lobby late into the night and then staff setting up breakfast far too early in the morning. Next time we’ll request a room further back in the building.

Breakfast choices were great. The beds were soft as usual, and the staff was wonderful too.

I think the hotel needs more than just 2 king suites as the choices for walk/roll in showers with the seats in them. There are people who need that type of facilities, that need 2 queen beds in the room not just a king bed and a sofa bed. Also this location needs more seating available outside of the hotel for guests who like to walk around outside or maybe sit outside (NOT in the pool area.) There was 1 bench outside and it was by the hotel's AC and heat compressor units (so very noisy and hot air coming from the compressors.)

The breakfast was above average, lots of selection, but the hot breakfast was only warm, not hot. We were there 4 days, and the hot breakfast consisted of eggs, biscuits and gravy, potatoes and sausage. There were waffles, cereals, fruit and yogurt as well.

Your charge, what I was actually charged on my card, and the hotel charge were all three different figures. That is the only thing I don't like about using Booking.com or any third party to book properties.

The meals were excellent, and the location was great. We were very pleased with all of our arrangements. The room was awesome! (Oh, and Caitlyn - think I’m spelling that correctly - was a wonderful young lady who was tremendously kind and helpful at the front desk. She gave us a lot of time and attention, and we greatly appreciated her.:)

We would have loved to have had the ability to access our streaming apps (Hulu, etc.) while relaxing in our room.

Beds were comfy. Elevator was smooth. Kickback (dinner) is cool, although we walked nextdoor to Olive Garden. It's nice they have that option available. Breakfast was good and hot. Showers are hot, even up on 3rd floor.

Pillows are different degrees of softness, as in most hotels. Some are flat. Some firm. I found one that suited me. (We usually bring our own) The hot tub (in pool area) is not hot. It is barely warm. We mentioned this at checkout. They said, "They would look into it". We will see on our next visit. Also, our room was vacuumed but not real good.

The food available after 5:00 was great. It was just right after a full day of driving. We were tired and didn’t have to go out to a restaurant. It also saved us $30.00. I think you may be the only hotel that does this. Thank you.

The first night we arrived after 10:00 pm. Had to fight with a locked door to get into the lobby as we were checking in and as we were moving ourselves and our luggage into the lobby. And again when I had to park the car.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Everything about this hotel was a great experience for us. Room was clean, quiet even with a full hotel, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic! Our kids would have loved the indoor/outdoor pool if they were with us. Every staff member we encountered from housekeeping to breakfast chefs were professional, helpful, and polite. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing to complain about!

The staff, especially Chad, Zach & Emmanuel, were professional, polite & accommodating. Every staff personnel spoke with a smile & polite. The rooms were spaciius and clean, & comfortable. The meals were very good & enjoyed the popcorn.

I do not like carpet in the rooms because of the nastiness of the dirt, odor & uncleanness of them. Most hotels are going to laminate so the floors can be swept & then cleaned.
