They provided dinner and breakfast. Both were excellent. Rooms spacious, clean with comfortable linens. Many refrigerator in the room excellent and very cold. Comfortable furniture. Cost below market value, even considering the meals. This is now my first choice for hotels. I am a diamond member with Hilton and have always used Hampton Inn. This place beats the Hampton Inn.

I really liked this location, the hotel itself, the staff...it was just a great experience. There were some reviews that made me kind of iffy, but I have learned in life there are somethings you have to see for yourself!! My room wasn't the biggest, but it was clean and it smelled fresh. There was one time where I thought the tub was stopped up because my water wouldn't drain. I called front desk and they told me to turn the nob to the left and it would drain...WALAH, it worked! I honestly enjoyed my stay and my child did as well! The kitchen staff, front desk staff, and house keeping staff were all very nice people! If I go back to that part of Kentucky, I would definitely stay there again!! Thanks for your hospitality!

Location, idea of hot breakfast

Found a bug in room the day we checked in, and what looked some sort of gummy on the floor. I did a thorough walk through before unpacking because I had my 1 year old grandson who picks up anything unusual. I showed the front desk, and there was no compensation, or apology only an offer to have housekeeping clean the room. I declined bc we arrived after midnight after a 13 hour drive, and my daughter and grandson slept most of the day. Could have had a variety of breakfast options each day vs the very same thing every morning.

When we checked in, we found out that this Drury was overbooked and hadn't received my request regarding our elderly dog (via booking.com) that she's afraid of elevators. The front desk staff offered us a complimentary upgrade to a suite on a lower floor and we couldn't have been happier! The kickback dinner was delicious, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds very so very comfy. I was also pleased to see that Drury still has carpeting in their rooms when other chains have gone to tile flooring. Carpet is so much nicer to walk on, and less worry of our elderly dog slipping and hurting herself. The full hot breakfast was wonderful.Thank you for so much variety and for serving until 9am for those of us who aren't early birds.

We were on a whirlwind cross-country-and-back trip of the US, and this was our second-to-last stay. To tell you I was completely and pleasantly surprised when we checked in here is minimizing my response. The room was absolutely lovely, completely clean and perfectly accommodating of we three humans and our cat. In particular, we loved how the nightstand clock was very dim, which meant we didn't have to use a bathroom towel to cover it at night. The fridge kept all of our perishables cold and the water was nice and hot when we showered. Breakfast was the best we had at any hotel during our 8 day trip. The eggs in particular were quite tasty! The staff all went out of their way to inquire how we were and the man doing the work in the breakfast room was really quite pleasant. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I can't think of a single detriment, honestly.

the clerk at the reception desk (Caitlyn) was so friendly and wanted us to have a good experience at the hotel. Even though we arrived just 15 minutes before the end of "kick back hour" she made sure that we were able to have the meal and made the check-in process so easy. there were several families with children that did not supervise their children at the buffet table or when they were eating. This was distracting but certainly not the fault of the hotel staff. The meal was good and the happy hour choices were great. I always try to stay at a Drury hotel when I travel!

Facility was clean and updated. Rooms were spacious. Was surprised that they offered a free evening ‘snack’ that was actually a free dinner in addition to their breakfast. Completely worth the price for our two nights there! For those pet owners out there the facility is pet friendly…even the staff…and an area out back with bags and a trash can.

Our room was in the front of the building on the balcony looking over the main lobby and the dining area. The door to the room did not keep any of the noise out and we could hear guests in the lobby late into the night and then staff setting up breakfast far too early in the morning. Next time we’ll request a room further back in the building.

Breakfast choices were great. The beds were soft as usual, and the staff was wonderful too.

I think the hotel needs more than just 2 king suites as the choices for walk/roll in showers with the seats in them. There are people who need that type of facilities, that need 2 queen beds in the room not just a king bed and a sofa bed. Also this location needs more seating available outside of the hotel for guests who like to walk around outside or maybe sit outside (NOT in the pool area.) There was 1 bench outside and it was by the hotel's AC and heat compressor units (so very noisy and hot air coming from the compressors.)

The suite we stayed in was HUGE! It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly while checking in.

The hot tub was not hot at all, it was more like lukewarm bath water, which was unfortunate, since my husband and I picked this hotel specifically to relax in the hot tub.

The breakfast was above average, lots of selection, but the hot breakfast was only warm, not hot. We were there 4 days, and the hot breakfast consisted of eggs, biscuits and gravy, potatoes and sausage. There were waffles, cereals, fruit and yogurt as well.

Your charge, what I was actually charged on my card, and the hotel charge were all three different figures. That is the only thing I don't like about using Booking.com or any third party to book properties.
