Everything! Hospitality is top notch. Beautiful Boutique hotel. Everyone from the valet, front desk, coffee shop, to the rooftop bar is so friendly, kind, and welcoming. Amazing food & drinks on rooftop! We will always choose to stay here every time we’re in town. It’s immaculately clean and the toiletries are top of the line and smell so wonderful. You can get a beautiful view of the downtown on one side and of town on the other. We stayed here a couple days last week and had a blast so we decided to come here again this week to celebrate my birthday. They even accommodated our baby girl with a pack n play and blanket each time. I can go on and on… The best restaurants and bars up and down the whole block. Shopping and the best ice cream too! You must try La Bodeguite De Mima Cuban restaurant across the street! It’s so good and so fun there too!

Everything is literally perfect here. We are so happy and can’t wait to be back soon!!!

Loved the location. Will visit the location again. Loved the hotel feel. A lot of effort was put into the place.

The lighting in the room was poor. I had to use my phone to see things after dark. The bare minimum on things like glasses and bath accessories. No hot breakfast. With two restaurants I could not understand it. It was a young persons place so that was fun...maybe they don't eat breakfast. Don't know. Parking would have been nice but I understand there was not much room to park. $40 was a bit steep. Lastly, I was going to leave a review with the hotel, but my anti-virus software blocked the survey site.

Terrific location for a fun stroll and lots of terrific restaurants and bars. Very comfortable beds. Good Linens. Great shower. Nice staff.

Very little light in the room, dark walls made it difficult to use the room at night. Restaurant had closed and there was no provision for breakfast, except for a late brunch offered on Saturday and Sunday. The small shop on the main floor, sold little in the way of anything for breakfast, although you could get a coffee and cappuccino type beverage.

Look, that mid-century Miami vibe is to die for. All the furnishing has quality. It is deceptive; at first, it looks like an old hotel, but when you look closely, everything is nice, clean, and well-built, with a very committed design. The grounds and the rooms were super clean and the hotel is ideally located, right in the middle of all the desirable restaurants, it was nice to walk back after dinner rather than drive or hail a ride.

$50 per night for parking valet is downright robbery when it is possible to street park for free one block away. Surprising when the rooms were actually a great value for the money. Rooms were on the small side.

Beautiful and aesthetically pleasing

I booked my stay weeks prior to arrival and once I went to check-in I was told that they did not accept Discover Card. I feel like they should have called or emailed me for new card information. I could have been prepared with another credit card instead of being caught off guard and having to use my debit card. Bad business and the staff was not apologetic or anything, like it was fault that they don’t accept Discover Card.

Decor is cute and vibey, coffee shop on site made mornings easy (with good coffee), hotel was quiet (and I'm a light sleeper), total blackout curtains, elevators were easy, shower had very good water pressure, and the room was spacious. We didn't partake in the mini fridge but I appreciated the reasonably priced and large options. Location was also good and we were able to park on the side streets without paying.

Caveat that these are pretty minor wishes. The room was a little too dim, the outlets between the two beds were too close together for 2 iPhone chargers to be used at the same time, and the lack of towel hangers was a little inconvenient. Separately, the drinks at the rooftop bar were super watered down. Too bad because the staff are nice and the ambiance and views are great. We would have come back every night if the drinks were better. I recommend going to Seven (1.5 blocks away).

Room lighting was very weak, especially in the bathroom. The amenities stated that there was a bluetooth speaker in the room which was not there. When we called to inquire, the desk told us they would get back to us, but no one ever addressed this. There are no coffee makers in the room which is an inconvenience since lobby coffee is only from 5am to 7am.

Clean sleek style, nice blend of slightly French with funky modern. Staff friendly, nice location for a vaca. Breakfast in the hotel cafe was excellent. Rooftop lounge is great, especially the outdoor fireplace. We will stay again, but some housekeeping needs work.

The housekeeping wasn’t consistent. Day 1: cleaned and fresh towels, Day 2: fresh towels, Day 3: nothing! We can accept the no-place-to-hang-towels, and cavalierly toss them on the ( very nice) tile floor; but then they should be replaced daily, which they weren’t. Kleenex in the bathroom was stingy, we had to use TP. Parking is a bit challenging unless valet is used.

Great vibe, right in the center of Nulu. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Rooms are beautiful. Restaurant downstairs is first class but area has all kinds of restaurants, bars and cafes. Very walkable.

Very hard to find a place to park in this area; meaning you’ll have to pay $40. It’s already a very expensive hotel. Check-in was a long wait. No coffee makers in room; unsecured internet without password.

This practically new boutique hotel was a great stay for my 2 nights for work, and reasonably priced too. From the time I checked in, until my departure, the staff was always SO helpful. Khadijah, Kennedy, Unique and Cache were very friendly, gave great recommendations on restaurants in the area (check out the Cuban place across the street), and took good of my car with their valet service too (I loved the in/out privileges). My room was also on the 6th (top) floor and had amazing views of the city skyline and sunsets. I love having natural light in my room too, and the 6th floor bar had amazing views of the city as well. Beds were comfy, the shower had great water pressure, and the cafe downstairs has GREAT coffee and a breakfast sandwich too. I will be back the next time I do business in Louisville; that's for sure!
