Cassey who works at the front desk was outstanding. She greeted us in her very friendly manor and was engaging and helpful. On our 2nd night, she even remembered our name. The rooms were comfortable and had a nice sitting area where we could watch TV or play games. I was able to work from the room one of the days and they even gave me a later checkout which was helpful. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. This is our 2nd time staying here and we'd definitely return.

The only negative was the push to pay for parking. Seemed very out of place for this location. I would only expect that at a city hotel. This was an unsecure lot and the 3rd party vendor you were supposed to pay through seemed strange.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was very nice and made check in and out easy. Gave me a room on the 1st floor near the door because I had my dog and it was perfect. This hotel was a little over $100 for the stay and was a great value. We brought our dog and that was $100 more so having the room price fairly low was great. It was near so many restaurants and in a nice area. Breakfast was excellent! Really enjoyed my stay!

The bathroom was small and the toilet had a few problems but it was ok

The room was really nice. Loved the set up. Enough space for 3 people. Breakfast was good, Wished there was more Hot food options. The potatoes were very salty, sausage was good and eggs were bland but all still ok. Wished for bacon or even a waffle or something else. Lots of Carb options and some fruit as well. Aldi was right beside the hotel so you could get items if you needed them.

The pull out bed was very uncomfortable. Website said suitable for a kids bed but there was hardly any cushion to it and felt the springs where in your back when you tried to lay on it. The couch is more comfortable by just laying on it without the bed pulled out. The bathroom has hardly any space. You almost had to stand in the shower just to shut the door and when you sit down no matter your size your legs hit the wall. But it was a nice bathroom just tiny. There was a small fridge in the room however it is just a fridge no small freezer area in it!

This hotel was extremely clean and in a great location. There were multiple restrooms in the area. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The bed and couch in our room were both clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was okay. I stayed both weekdays and weekends and only ate the breakfast once. I wasn’t too impressed. The bathroom was small but that didn’t bother us too much. There is no microwave in the room, but there was one downstairs in the lobby. Housekeeping only came one time during our 5 night stay and they are supposed to come every 2nd day. The towels felt a bit rough. They could use softer ones. For the price point the towels, housekeeping, breakfast, and updated could be made. The times on the websites for the restaurant were not accurate. The restaurant closed at midnight, I went at 11:20 and it was already closed.

Breakfast was great, and room quality was solid.

Hidden paying for parking at the hotel fee???? Absolutely no mention of this on the website and something I've never heard of. Not related to the hotel, but wow, the people in Louisville are terrible selfish drivers that constantly race and cut people off. Also noticed that locals stand in your way and refuse to move while standing in entrances, which is very strange but happened repeatedly.

Breakfast is good. I love the orange juice and apple juice that they serve. The yogurt and biscuit are really good. I like that the gym is 24 hours. I like the free internet and like the overall stay at the hotel.

I really hate that you all charge for parking now and $10 to park is a lot. I can understand if it was downtown but it’s not. I use to choose this hotel because there was no parking. I don’t feel the hotel is worth all of that. This is will make me change my mind about using Hyatt place and go somewhere else.

free breakfast and comfortable beds

Getting charged for parking per day. Price without paying for parking was good and then that was added at the end. It needs to be more clear that its charge. NUMBER of people didnt know this and complained to the front desk. Parking should be part of hotel price. I wont stay here again due to this charge.

The receptionist, Kacey (maybe spelled wrong), was exceptional! She was extremely friendly and accommodating. I told her the reason for my visit anf she congratulated me several times. I actually booked the wrong hotel, but it worked out perfectly! I will definitely be staying again.

The staff members are absolutely wonderful. Casey gives us a genuinely warm welcome each and every stay. Feels like home we visit this hotel so frequently. It’s a real treasure. Lovely location, great food options and shopping in close proximity, safe neighborhood.

It’s perfect

I loved the fact that the hostess, Caitlyn was amazing at her job and was so friendly!!! She was able to get us into our room hours before check in time! She was also super knowledgeable and super friendly! Based on her service alone, I will return. The breakfast was amazing as well! The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make everything feel like you are having breakfast in your own home!!!

Everything was amazing!!
