We stayed here after spending the day at a local music festival. The hotel is about 15 minutes from downtown Louisville, and we had no problem driving that for the price. Great price, the place was clean, staff was kind and professional. We didn't use any of the amenities, we just crashed and left for home the next morning, but I'd absolutely come back here if I ever need to go to Louisville again.

There were literally no red flags about this place. The only thing I would say is it is not within walking distance of downtown Louisville so you will need a car or an Uber to get there if you did not drive to Louisville.

Everything is fine. The staff cleans a room regularly. The place is quiet. It leaved up my expectations. Just keep in your mind that it is not expensive hotel and for this money this hotel does their job well

may be they had better to pay attention to wifi. But this is really minor suggestion. Everything is fine.

Too noisy the guy above me. And really strange. I did not end up staying. I asked to be moved and they did not accommodate my request. I canceled the reservation but never received my money back including the hundred dollar deposit.

The bed was absolutely luxurious for the price of the room. The linens were clean, bright white, and beautiful. The bed was SO comfortable! The breakfast was complete and offered yogurt, fresh fruit, AND protein. We will look for Sleep Inns again!

The room and bed were comfortable. The towels were the softest I've ever had in a hotel! We were in a good location near a lot of eateries and stores. We've stayed in 2 other hotels in Louisville, and this one is the best. Will definitely stay here on the next visit.

Everything was good, except TV remote had been broken and was taped together.

Quiet location. Comfortable and clean rooms. Complimentary breakfast before you head out the door.

Other large vehicles with trailers, work trucks etc parking cross ways along only entrances blocking sidewalks etc. This type of vehicle should have parking in back of rear parking lot. Observed NO SIGNS that inform those about hogging parking meant for people who have trouble walking and seniors. Like us. Almost 70 years old and we have to carry all our stuff around the pigs and foreigners about 30 years old who are too lazy to walk.

clean room and very helpful stuff member. they lend me a phone charger since I forgot mine at home. The breakfast was delicious.

the pillow wasn't comfortable. it's 25minutes away from university of Louisville and website states only 10 min.

Staff acted like I was bothersome. Overall good facility. Bathroom could have been cleaned better. But overall good for the price!

The microwave didn’t work so we couldn’t eat the food we brought unless we went downstairs to use the microwave.
